At the age of 43, I discoverd I have a brain tumor. I was put on steroids for 2 1/2 months. The steroids made me very hungry all of the time. I gained weight. The only plan that had ever given me noticeable weight loss before was the low carb diet. I didn't want to do that diet again. It had taken all of my energy away from me. I did an enormous search for weight loss information and created my own meal plan. I began eating completely differently during March 2008. This meal plan has given me great results.
