Kingsday in Amsterdam 2017 : Everyone knows the crazy dutch celebration, overcrowded streets, orange beer and the smell of urine. However, we explore the city Kindsday celebrations early morning to see the real festivities before the drinking crowds arrive at midday. Looking at Amstelveld, Vondelpark childrens celebrations, then Jordaan street markets, running across to the red light district / Wallen, Nieuwmarkt and the Dam Square just as the crowds begin to arrive and ramp up the party.
I hope you enjoy my view of Kingsday, and were you there? Are you on the video? Did you enjoy the party? Are you planning on coming? Or watching from afar? Let me know. Love to hear from you, appreciate likes, support, subscribes and appreciation :)
All ships are sailing, all ships are sailing to us from afar.
White boats, white boats are clouds.
Sara pe deal de Mihai Eminescu
Aranjament- chitara clasica
Sara pe deal
Sara pe deal buciumul sună cu jale,
Turmele-l urc, stele le scapără-n cale,
Apele plâng, clar izvorând în fântâne;
Valea-i în fum, fluiere murmură-n stână.
Şi osteniţi oameni cu coasa-n spinare
Vin de la câmp; toaca răsună mai tare,
Clopotul vechi umple cu glasul lui sara,
Sufletul meu arde-n iubire ca para.
Ah! în curând satul în vale-amuţeşte;
Ah!
Eve on the Hill
Dreary the horn sounds in the eve on the hill,
Sheepflocks return, stars on their way twinkle still,
Watersprings weep murmuring clear, and I see
Under an acacia tree, love, thou art waiting for me.
Holy and pure passes the moon on the sky,
Moist seem the stars born from the vault clear and high,
Longing thine eyes look from afar to divine,
Heaving thy breast, pensive thy head doth recline.
Corn-fields bright flooded with beams by the clouds steeply drifted,
Old cottage gables of thatch to the moonlight uplifted,
The tall wooden arm of the well in the wind softly grating,
And the shepherd-boy's pipe from the sheep-pen sad doina relating.
Tired with their toil, peasants come back from the field,
From the old church, labourer's comfort and shield,
Voices of bells thrill the whole sky high above;
Struck is my heart, trembling and burning with love.
Ah! very soon quietness steals o
Tennessee Farmer’s Wife Says No To Sex – But The Farmer’s Clever Payback Has Me In Stitches.
Finding time for intimacy can be tricky when you have children and responsibilities. If you are a parent, then I’m sure you have experienced this plenty of times. But do not fret! Although it may be harder, it’s still possible to find time to be intimate with your partner.
The couple in the story below found a brilliant way to solve the problem. However, there were some unforeseen complications!
Make sure to read to the end, and feel free to send this on if you laughed!
A Tennessee farmer got home after a long day of working in the fields. His muscles were sore, but he was feeling mighty horny.
He went to find his wife. When he saw her bent over, working out in the yard, he thought, “Damn, she’s so beautiful. I’m one lucky man.”
He spent a few more moments admiring her from afar, the walked up to her and asked her if she felt like a roll in the hay.
No time for love
His wife smiled and replied, “We can not, Michael. Our son will be home from school any minute now.”
“So what?” Michael replied. “We can just turn on the dishwasher and he wo not hear a peep.”
She replied, “Not right now Michael, he might want to talk to us about his day,” and that was that.
Michael was severely aroused but could not do anything about it. So he decided to go take a ride on his tractor to let off some steam and calm his frustration.
By the time their son had gotten home, the wife had changed her mind. She asked her son to go out to his father and tell him to come home and turn on the dishwasher.
The son went out and told the farmer what the mother had said.
Michael replied, “Tell your mother that it’s too late. I already did the dishes by hand!”
Mark 5:2 - 8
2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.
5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
Qam Yasharahla (Rise Ol' Israel)
A powerful sermon based on the teachings of the original apostolics. Don't Quit. When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit-
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a fellow turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a faint and faltering man;
Often the struggler has given up
Whe he might have captured the victor's cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint in the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It might be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.
