A cheese plate can be so much more than cheddar cubes with toothpicks. Here, Terrance Brennan, chef-proprietor of New York's Picholine and Artisanal Restaurants, shows you how to create a gourmet cheese plate. See instructions below for the names of all the cheeses.
The top handle rig is designed for use with the Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Cameras, rotatable, quick releasable and aluminum alloy constructed for durability. It allows various configurations with plenty of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes. The top handle comes with an integrated 15mm rod clamp for attaching optional monitor/EVF support bracket, and two integrated cold shoe mounts for attaching microphone shock mount and on-camera lights. Specifically, you can adjust the top grip position with the rotating knob by loosening it. The red knob features blind holes for helping loosen and tighten with a hexagon spanner.
