INGREDIENTS:
Fish ½ kg
Potato 1/4 kg
Cauliflower 1 pcs
Green chili as you like
Salt as test
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Onion 1 small pcs
Clove of Garlic 2pcs
Oil 4 tea spoon
PROCESS:
Cut the Fish, Potato, Green Chili, Cauliflower, Onion and Garlic in small pieces
Potato and Cauliflower put together in one bowl.
Take a bowl with fish pcs and mixed with one pinch of salt and turmeric powder.
Add oil in the pan and keep 2 minutes to warm.
Fry the fish pcs on the oil till it become slightly reddish tone and keep it.
Add oil in another dish and warm it.
Put the onion, garlic and green chill on the oil.
Keeps it moving till the onion colour change in brown tone.
Now add Potato, Cauliflower and add salt, turmeric powder and keep mixing 2/4 minutes.
Give water ½ litters and cover the dish in medium heat.
Cook 10 to12 minutes and check the potato, cauliflower is malleable.
Now put together fish fried pcs and tejpata in the curry.
Keep it for cooking 2 minutes after adds the fish.
The curry is ready for serve with rice now.

Beetroot ½ kg
Potato 1/4 kg
Small prawn ¼ kg
Green chili as you like
Salt as test
Onion 1 small pcs
Clove of Garlic 2pcs
Oil 4 tea spoon
PROCESS:
Cut the Beetroot, Potatos, Green Chili, Onion and Garlic in small pices
Beetroot and Potato put in a single dish
Add the oil in the pan and warm it 2 minutes.
Put together onion, garlic and green chill on the oil.
Keep moving till the onion colour change in brown tone.
Add Prawn and keep 2 minutes mixing.
Put Beetroot, Potato, salt and keep mixing 2 to 3minutes.
Add two cup of water and keep cooking 7minutes in medium heat.
Check the beetroot and potato is malleable and absorb the water.
Means the curry is ready for serve with rice.

Pasta 1/4 kg
Milk Powder ½ cup
Parmesan 2 tea spoon
Broccoli 1 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Green chili as you like
Salt as test
Onion 1 small pcs
Clove of Garlic 1pcs
Olive Oil 4 tea spoon
PROCESS:
Cut the Broccoli, Green Chili, Onion and Garlic in small size
Take a dish with water and warm it.
Add the broccoli with salt in water and cover the dish 10 minutes to boil the broccoli.
Take out the broccoli from hot water and add pasta on same water with 1 teaspoon of salt
Keep pasta to boil as the time mention on pasta box(usually mention 10 minutes).
When pasta is malleable take out from hot water.
Take a small bowl add ½ cup milk powder with one cup water.
Now in a pan add olive oil with onion,garlic,chili.
Keep moving 2 minutes and add brocolli and pasta .
After 2 /3 minutes add the milk and continue to moving till the pasta absorb the water.
Pasta is ready you can add parmesan cheese and tomat to serve.

INGREDIENTS:
Rice 1/2kg (Chinigura rice)
Egg 3pcs
Capsicum ½ pcs in 2 colour
Carrot 1pcs
Onion leaves 4pcs
Oil 1 cup
Green Chili as you like
Salt as per test
PROCESS:
Cut in small pcs Carrot, Onion leaves, Capsicum, Green Chili and keep a side.
Put ½ cup oil in the pan with middle temperature and warm the oil.
Add rice and fry it 5 to 7 minutes.
Now in a separate dish add water and boil it.
After water is boil put the fry rice with all vegetable(carrot, onion leaves, capsicum) and add salt.
Keep cooking 10 minutes in high temperature and check the rice is soft but remember not make too soft.
Take sieve and pass the rice on it and wash the rice by normal water so that the rice not get sticky.
Again put ½ cup oil in the pan with middle temperature and warm the oil.
Add egg and move it so that it breaks in small size and add green chili.
Now add the rice and move for 5 minute with middle temperature so that the water absorbed and mixed well.
Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve for 4 to 5 people.
