YOU CAN BET I WILL BE BACK!!! I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated the service I received from Harvis Grammer at Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge . As a single female, I have never had much luck when dealing with car issues. I had an emergency situation on a Saturday and called my regular Dealership in Irving, who, by the way, never called me back. I contacted your dealership and was put in touch with Harvis. He was so helpful. He always answered my calls and was very pleasant. After I explained my situation to him (my car would not shift out of park) he gave me what I felt was priority service. The car was ready when promised and he even took the time to discuss other service I will need on my car in the near future. You can bet I will be back to have my car serviced by Grapevine Chysler Jeep Dodge.

......VERY HELPFUL!!! Entire experience was positive! I found my experience at Don Whites Chrysler Jeep Dodge to be a positive one. I drove over an hour to purchase my Jeep Commander there because I had a great experience dealing with them on the internet. Melissa and Ian were very helpful. ......KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable! I had a terrific experience at Don Whites Chrysler Jeep Dodge with the Internet Department (Ian was just GREAT!). He found me the exact van I wanted in Michigan and got it shipped to Baltimore. I was one of the first to have this awesome new T& C minivan with the swivel seats and we all are just so happy! Jeff as our sales associate was fantastic, too. I will definitely buy a car from these guys again in the future!

TAKES CARE OF EVERY CUSTOMER!! NEW OWNERS took over the last week 2009. If you have any problems with anything, just call Mo Khan at 817-410-7509. He is the General Partner/Manager and he WILL actually talk to you. Not every car buying experience is good, but give Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge a chance. The service department is fantastic, the sales department will honor advertised prices, and Mo and his staff genuinely want to take care of every customer. DID A GREAT JOB!! Completely Satisfied. Andrew did a great job getting our car fixed, when other Chysler Jeep service departments couldn't or wouldn't in the past.

*******www.etrailer****/tv-Hitch-Install-2003-Dodge-Caravan.aspx Videos are provided as a guide only. Refer to manufacturers installation instructions and specs for complete information. Today at Etrailer**** on this 2003 Dodge Caravan we are going to be installing part number 87717 from Hidden Hitch. We are on the driver side now. The first thing we are going to do is we are going to need to remove the rear most bolts that are holding the bumper to the frame. It is probably going to be a little tight so you want to spray some lubricant on them. We are going to do that on the driver and passenger side of the vehicle. The next step after moving that bolt is we are going to take our hardware and fish wire them through into position. We are going to put one here and we are going to put one here. It is going to be the same on both sides. We are going to use the bolt leader that was provided in our kit. 00:40 What we are going to do is fish it through where we are going to be pulling our hardware through and out the access hole in the end of the frame. Then we are going to take our block and slide it on and just screw our carriage bolt into the bolt leader. Then we are going to push it all up in there and pull it down into position like that. We are going to do the same thing. Try not to pull the bolt leader through. Take the block and slide it on, thread the bolt on. We are going to do that same thing on the passenger side of the vehicle. 01:15 Now that we have our hardware in position we are going to lift our hitch up and it is probably best to have a second set of hands to help you hold the hitch up while you are threading in your hardware. You want to make sure that you are careful not to push the carriage bolts back into the frame. Then after we get our hardware in position we want to tighten and torque down as specified in the instructions. Now we are going to take a couple of measurements for you. From the center of the hitch pin hole out to the edge of the bumper it is going to be approximately 4 inches. From the ground to the top of the receiver tube opening is going to be approximately 11-3/ 4 inches. That will complete the install on this 2003 Dodge Caravan for part number 87717.

*******www.etrailer****/tv-brake-controller-install-1999-dodge-pickup.aspx Videos are provided as a guide only. Refer to manufacturer installation instructions and specs for complete information. Today on this 1999 Dodge, we will be installing part number 90195-3020P. The P3 part. The first thing I want to note on this vehicle here at the rear is the 7-pole plug. This is actually a factory 7-pole plug which is going to allow us simply to plug our brake controller and adapter into place and go. To figure out if you have the factory 7-pole plug, you will note that this has got the welded bracket to the factory installed trailer hitch and if you actually look at the cover of the 7-pole, you will see the Chrysler logo and if you look closely you will see the actual Chrysler name written across the front. Those two indicators will help you know that you have got the correct factory plug. If you do not see those two but still have a 7-pole plug it is likely that it is an after market one and there may be some additional work that you need to do to find finalize your brake controller package. We are in the cab of the vehicle now, and the first thing we need to do is to go ahead and locate the port for our brake control plug in. If you look over here to the left side of the brake pedal, you have got a white junction box here. And directly on top of it, you will see a blue open-ended plug and that is our brake control plug that we are going to be plugging into. Okay, and now that we have got the port located, we can actually go ahead and mount our brake controller. And once we have got it mounted we can plug everything in and be on our way. You will note, with the P3 we have got a more temporary mount here which you will see that have got two mounted screws at the top just where the bracket mounts on to. We will mount that to the vehicle like so. You will note that there is actually no mounting screws to hold the brake controller on. It simply snaps into place. If you are going to be using this brake controller for multiple vehicles, you can simply unsnap it when you want to switch vehicles. And what you want to do is find a nice location somewhere near the steering column, typically to the right. We want a spot where it is going to be nice and flat. The P3 can not be mounted at any form of an angle side to side like so. It needs to be in a straight line with the braking of the tow vehicle. And once we have got it mounted we can plug everything in and be on our way. *******www.etrailer****/tv-Hitch-install-2009-Dodge-Journey.aspx Videos are provided as a guide only. Refer to manufacturer installation instructions and specs for complete information. Today on this 2009 Dodge Journey we are going to be installing Curt hitch part number 13335. First thing we are going to do before we start installing our trailer hitch is to go ahead and lower our exhaust down off the two rearmost hangers. On dual exhaust models you will need to do this on both sides. You can see there is one on the inboard side and one on the outboard side. To remove the hangers off the muffle we are going to use a spray lubricant, like a WD-40 and go ahead and spray the studs of the hanger down. Then we can take a pry bar, or a pair of pliers, and pry the rubber hanger off the stud. We want to repeat that for all four hangers. :41 You can see here at the end of the frame you have two existing holes. We are going to use that for our two forward most attaching points for our trailer hitch. If you follow rearward to the bottom of the bumper you can see we have a larger hole here, we are going to use that as our rear most attaching point for our hitch. That is going to be the same on the driver side of the vehicle as well. At the two forward most holes we are going to be using the carriage bolt along with the 1 by 2 inch block. At the forward most attaching point we are going to be using the 1/2 inch carriage bolt, but we will be using a 1-1/2 by 3 inch block. 1:10 We are going to need to fish all the bolt and block combinations inside the frame. We are going to be using the 1/2 inch bolt leader that is provided with the installation kit. Again, I am going to be using the forward most hole, take the threaded end of the bolt leader and feed it through the bottom of the frame, out through the end of the frame. Then we will first take our block and thread it on to our bolt leader, followed by the carriage bolt. What we are going to do is take the threads of the carriage bolt and wrap the threads of the bolt leader around it, take the other end of the bolt leader, pull it inside the frame into position. Do the same thing for the next hole. For a rearmost attaching point we are going to be feeding the bolt leader out through the end of the bumper structure. Okay, we want to do the same thing for the bolts on the driver side of the vehicle. When putting the hitch up into position, you need to make sure to be careful so that you do not push the hardware back up into place. What I recommend doing is attaching the forward most bolt first, because we are actually going to need to put a spacer wedge in between the frame and the trailer hitch. Next I will go ahead and put the wedge in position. You can see that the wedge has an angled cut, a thicker side and a flat side, we want the thicker side to be towards the rear of the vehicle. 3:04 With the hitch up in position we want to go through and tighten and torque our bolts down. You want to check with the directions to verify the appropriate torque rating for each individual bolt. Now with our bolts torqued down we want to make sure we put the exhaust back up on its hangers and our installation will be complete. Now that we have our hitch installed we are going to give you a couple final installed dimensions that will help make choosing your hitch accessories a little bit easier. From the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is going to measure 12- 5/8 inches. From the center of the hitch pin hole to clear the rear edge of the bumper is approximately 3-1/2 inches. With that, that will conclude the installation of Curt hitch part number 13335 on a 2009 Dodge Journey.
