Heavy braking such as for the first chicane is a feature of Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, and punishes brakes and tyres to the absolute maximum. In 2007 Nick Heidfeld finished fourth here, with team-mate Robert Kubica coming fifth. See Monza from the cockpit, just as Nick and Robert experience the circuit.

The BMW Sauber F1 Team raised the curtain on its 2009 season in Formula One in Valencia, Spain with Robert Kubica and Nick Heidfeld unveiling the new BMW Sauber F1.09, followed by Robert Kubica doing the first laps with the new car. Development work on the new car began as long ago as February 2008 because of the major rule changes that were agreed with a completely new aerodynamic package, slick tires and the introduction of KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System). BMW says it has worked hard to reduce weight in the car to allow the KERS system to be added without losing the ability to have ballast.

FORMULA 1 2009. BARCELONA F1 TEST MARCH P1 Barcelona Day 1: Heidfeld on top Nick Heidfeld has finished at the top of the timesheets following Barcelona's first day of testing this week. The test in Spain marks the final time the drivers will take to the track before heading to Australia for the first Grand Prix of 2009. Behind the BMW, the Toro Rosso STR4 made its public debut and Jenson Button completed the first ever laps of testing for Brawn GP. With light rain falling early on in the session, Heidfeld's technical crew elected to centre the German's activities around the pits as the BMW mechanics practiced their well-drilled pit-stop routine. Later in the afternoon, Nick set the quickest time of the day, lapping the Catalan track in 1.20.339 to finish over half a second faster than the second-placed Ferrari. The reigning Constructors' World Champions performed a race simulation with former champion Kimi Räikkönen, which was helped by the arrival of the sun - an unfamiliar sight at tests this year - at 10:30, and pleasant ambient temperatures with a maximum of 15 degrees Celcius. The Toyota of Jarno Trulli finished another highly consistent day in third spot, with England's Jenson Button finally returning to the cockpit to drive Brawn GP's first laps in the public eye; an impressive performance saw Button atop the standings for most of the day before dropping down to fourth in the final hour. The car also featured a radical splitter in order to aid rear-end downforce. Nelson Piquet rounded out the top five in the Renault R29, with Sebastien Bourdais debuting the Toro Rosso-Ferrari STR4 to end up sixth fastest. Sister team Red Bull were less than a tenth of a second slower, in seventh spot with Mark Webber, as Adrian Sutil completed the most laps of anybody for Force India, circulating 127 times. Kazuki Nakajima completed his day in ninth position for Williams-Toyota and the McLaren, like the Brawn car, has also undergone changes as it sprouted a new rear wing, tested by Heikki Kovalainen. The Finn's time was the slowest of the ten runners, 2.6 seconds off Heidfeld's leading pace.

The highlight of this year's one-day event at the Nürburgring for fans and partners of the BMW Sauber F1 Team was the vehicle swap between German Formula One driver Nick Heidfeld and BMW Motorrad Superbike rider Troy Corser of Australia – more than 700 hp on four wheels in exchange for a good 200 hp on two. Over 700 guests came to the Eifel in Germany to enjoy an exclusive ride through the gamut of BMW's racing activities.

Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of F1 FORMULA ONE CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION for the Playstation 3 PS3 video game console. Have you ever wanted to play as Michael Schumacher, Kimi Räikkönen, Juan Pablo Montoya, Ralf Schumacher, Mark Webber, Takuma Sato, Yuji Ide, Vitantonio Liuzzi, Scott Speed, Christijan Albers, Tiago Monteiro, Nick Heidfeld, Jacques Villeneuve, Christian Klien, David Coulthard, Rubens Barrichello, Jenson Button, Felipe Massa, Fernando Alonso or Giancarlo Fisichella? Do you like driving at the speed of light? How about belonging to the race teams of Renault F1, McLaren Mercedes, Ferrari F1, Toyota F1, Williams F1, Honda F1, Red Bull Racing, BMW Sauber, Midland F1, Scuderia Toro Rosso or Super Aguri? Well then F-1 Championship Edition is the game for you! An amazing driving game with HD footage and amazing gameplay, this game will take a long time to master. The graphics and sound are stunning and this is different than the Gran Turismo 5 series, Forza 2, Test Drive Le Mans or Pole Position. I still prefer the GT series and Gran Turismo 4 in particular, but F1 is pretty solid if not challenging to the point of insanity. The tracks are incredibly detailed and rendered with care. The tracks in the game are Sakhir, Sepang, Albert Park, Imola, Nürburgring, Barcelona, Monte Carlo, Silverstone, Île Notre-Dame, Indianapolis, Magny Cours, Hockenheim, Budapest, Istanbul, Monza, Shanghai, Suzuka, São Paulo and Jerez. The game follows the 2006 season ( aka '06) and maybe in future games we'll see the 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 season. Classic Game Room was the original classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999-2000, now on DVD. The reviews on the HD series are reviewing PS3, PS2, Genesis, NES, Atari and Xbox 360. XBLA. videos review reviews show wii trailer.
