Basshunter Last Night... features the new single All I Ever Wanted!!
Basshunter is back this summer with his second UK release, 'All I Ever Wanted'. The eagerly anticipated follow up to the No.1 smash 'Now You're Gone' will be released via hot new label HARD2BEAT on July 7th.
The ultimate bass creator and Europe's most in-demand DJ is ready to take over the UK charts for a second time this year with the release of an English version of his European top ten hit 'Dota'. With re-worked English vocals, 'All I Ever Wanted' is certain to follow in the footsteps of his hugely successful debut single 'Now You're Gone'.
Jonas Altberg, aka Basshunter signed a record deal in 2006, his first single 'Boten Anna' was an instant hit, securing the No.1 slot in 8 European countries and making him the fastest selling artist in Sweden since Abba in the process. A thumping Eurodance smash, Basshunter re-worked the single and recorded it in English, the end result being released in January 2008 as 'Now You're Gone'. The dance track shot to No.1 where it remained for 5 consecutive weeks and is the biggest selling single in the UK this year to date, selling over 400,000 copies.
The new video for 'All I Ever Wanted' will feature Aylar and Lucas who also starred in the 'Now You're Gone' promo. The storyline is taken on in the new video and sees the couple taken to sunnier climes, being set amongst the hot clubs and nightlife of a holiday resort. The vibe is sexy and free flowing with a sense of fun. As the video unfolds, Lucas is charmed by another girl in a club, leading Aylar to leave abruptly with Lucas searching the club for her. Basshunter will feature in the video as the DJ playing to the crowd. With more than 30 million views of the original video to date the new promo is sure to generate huge interest across Europe.
With 'All I Ever Wanted' being released just in time for the summer, Basshunter's hold over the dancefloors of Europe is set to continue. With his electronic beats and distinctive vocals, 'All I Ever Wanted' promises to be the sound of summer '08.
'All I Ever Wanted' is released on 7th July.

Old Red playing "About Last Night" at The Zodiac Sessions open mic night, held in Bruxelles bar, Dublin, Ireland.
Paul Kirwan: I've been playing the guitar now for probably about 12 years collectively, the harmonica for about 5 years and the piano for about three years ,I started off as a drummer for DUBBED, we played dorans and the mean fiddler and a few smaller venues. I've been in many bands that never saw a stage, bar two:DUBBED and MOANY LISA(both with a lot of potential but fell apart) my first real solo gig was in Austrailia, Coffs harbour, The Coffs Hotel ,in 2003, when I got home I tried around the Dublin suburbs without any real progress, lots of experience but nothing else. Things started to change when I played at "Dollyfest" in Mitchels, Slane, I opened up for some really great bands. It was a great day. then I got in to the "Bagfull of Songs" in Sarsfields, Drogheda. Absolutely brilliant venue, Where your treated wih respect. I played on my own in mcPhails in Drogheda, a charity event, that was cool. I've played the "bagfulls" twice to date, but really had a great time, both times. The second time I had Bolger with me, I saw him play with a band called Shuffler, Excellent band, I think it was around mid 2006, he was brilliant, I knew I need to play with someone who had that carisma n fearlessness on stage, he brought punk to Old Red, we havent been mates a long time but I feel I know him my whole life. The plan is to get a drummer and maybe another guitarist, work hard and get the name around, none of this reality t.v. bullshit . . . . . . . paul bolger:I'm playing the guitar since I was 17, I enjoy long briske walks in the park in the winter, I enjoy badminton, curling , and am presently tidlywinks champion of leinster, i've been in numerous bands . . the casuals, richard nixon, levity and more . . . .
