Mighty Switch Force! Bonus Levels review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Mighty Switch Force! Bonus Levels for Nintendo 3DS. Mighty Switch Force! (yes, the exclamation point is required) was already an outstanding game. A hardcore platformer with an awesome aesthetic, quality use of 3D, and an excellent soundtrack is hard to improve on. So, WayForward - in living up to their name - subverted the current "bleed 'em dry" DLC paradigm by adding 5 new levels and a Retry function as an UPDATE. This is how the game is supposed to be. What you bought last December? Old hat. These levels are yours, take them. Free-gratis. If you haven't bought the game yet? They're already in there. If you have? Your 3DS Shop will invite you to avail yourself of them! Do so! This video review features video gameplay footage of Mighty Switch Force! Bonus Levels for Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.

Mighty Switch Force! 2 review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Mighty Switch Force! 2 for Nintendo 3DS developed and published by WayForward. FLAME-BROILED. I realize those are usually cogent words only when dealing with hamburgers, but Mighty Switch Force! 2 is the kind of game that disrupts that expectation. Officer Patricia Wagon's back to put out fires, rescue damsels in distress, and fight an inexplicably huge thing at the end of the game's sixteen missions. All in a day's work for this block-toggling, run-and-water-gun heroine. (If my day's work had an awesome Jake Kaufman soundtrack, I'd be pretty darn heroic too.) This video review features video gameplay footage of Mighty Switch Force! 2 for Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.

Mighty Switch Force! 2 review. *******www.ClassicGameRoom**** Shop CGR shirts & mugs! *******www.CGRstore**** Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Mighty Switch Force! 2 on the eShop for the Nintendo Wii U developed and published by WayForward Technologies. Patty Wagon and the Hooligan Sisters are back, and this time, they’re hotter than ever! No, literally, things are on fire. Fortunately, Patty’s also a firefighter on the side. Mighty Switch Force! 2 brings back the incredibly clever puzzle-platforming of the original game, only this time, it adds lots of fire. Each level has several Hooligans to rescue, and you do it with your hose and your wits. The game’s core mechanic is switching blocks from the background to the foreground—a press of button swaps them around and effectively changes the layout of the level. This simple idea repeats itself throughout the game, but what makes Mighty Switch Force! 2 special is how many different ways it’s implemented. The game is consistently clever and always fun. Fight fires, swap blocks and save the hotties in this fantastic tribute to the 16-bit era! Mighty Switch Force! 2 is a single-player puzzle-platformer released exclusively to Nintendo platforms. This video review features video gameplay footage of Mighty Switch Force! 2 on the eShop for the Nintendo Wii U and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

Mighty Switch Force Review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Mighty Switch Force, an action platformer/shooter developed and published in 2011 by WayForward for the Nintendo 3DS. It's an adorable game of Cops 'n Robbers in 16-bit-styled glory in Mighty Switch Force, the latest Mighty Title from the Mighty folks at WayForward. Fitting the name, the game centers around switching blocks into and out of the background to make platforms, create shields, and occasionally crash a hostile right through your 3DS screen! All with the occasional stop-down for a bikini car wash. Hey, who am I to complain? This CGRundertow video game review features video gameplay footage of Mighty Switch Force for the 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.

Nintendo 3DS XL Pikachu Edition review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of the Nintendo 3DS XL Pikachu Edition. IT'S PIKACHU. And now Pikachu's a 3DS XL, accomodating the needs of large-handed gamers (like myself) while drastically increasing the screen size of the previous hardware iteration. As a result, the most comfortable viewing distance for 3D effects has increased to around 18 inches from one's eyes, allowing for more comfortable viewing and a generally improved experience. This video review features video gameplay footage of Etrian Odyssey IV, Fire Emblem: Awakening, Star Fox 64 3D, and Mighty Switch Force on the Nintendo 3DS XL Pikachu Edition and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
