BAKE PASTA WITHOUT OVEN | MOZZARELLA CHEESE PASTA | PASTA ITALIANO
Pasta 1/4 kg
Boneless Chicken 1/4 kg
Tomato 1 pcs
Parmesan 2 teaspoon
Cream Cheese 2 tablespoon
Milk Powder 2 tablespoon
Salt as test
Wheat Flour 2 tablespoon
Clove of Garlic 1pcs
Olive Oil 4 teaspoon
Cut the Tomato and Garlic in small size.
Add Olive Oil 4 teaspoon in a pan.
Put garlic on the oil and keep 2 minutes.
Now add the chicken and keep moving 5 minutes then add tomato.
Add water ½ cup water and keep cooking a 5-7 minute.
Take another dish with 1cup water and warm it.
Add 2 tablespoon Milk Powder, Wheat Flour 2 tablespoon and Creem Cheese 2 tablespoon.
Mixed all these three ingredients and again mixed with chicken-tomato sauce.
In another dish add water to bowling and put salt and pasta.
Keep cooking the pasta till becoming soft.
Now take out the pasta from water and mix with the mixed sauce.
Put half of the pasta into bakeware than add mozzarella cheese.
Put balance pasta into bakeware and again add mozzarella cheese.
Take another dish with 1kg salt warm it less temperature.
Now put the bakeware into this dish and bake it 20 minutes.
Now pasta is ready.
