Bismillahir rohmanir rohim. Alhamdulillahi Robbil A’lamin was-solati was-salaamu ‘ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ‘ala aalihi wa as’habihi ajma’in. Amma ba’d. Aziz birodarlar, muhtarama opalar, singillar, As-salaamu ‘Aleikum wa rohmatullohi wa barokatuh. Otabek ismli birodarimiz bizga musiqa haqida savol yo’llaganlar: “Hozirgi kunda to’ylarda chalinayotgan musiqa, karnay-surnaylarning hukmi nima va ularni eshitganga, o’yinga tushganga, artistlarga [raqqosalar] qanday azoblar bor? “ – deb yozibdilar. Biz musiqa masalasida avvalo mazhab ulamolarining so’zlariga murojaat qilaylik. Hanafiy mazhab ulamolari musiqa asboblarining barcha turini xarom deyishgan. Jumladan, chertib chalinadigan, urib chalinadigan, puflab chalinadigan asboblarni ular rad etganlar. Faqat to’yda, [ya’ni] nikoh to’yida chalinadigan doira bilan jangda chalinadigan do’mbaranigina halol deyishgan. Hashiyat ibnu ‘Abidiyn [o’z] kitobida yozadilar: [arabcha matn] Har qanday behuda ishlar, harakatlar makruhdir. [arabcha matn] Har qanday behuda ish deganda o’sha ishlarning o’zi ham va uni tomosha qilgan, eshitganlar ham mana shu hukmga doxil bo’ladilar. [arabcha matn] Raqs bo’lsin, masxarabozlik bo’lsin, chapak chalish bo’lsin, tor chalish, tanbur chalish, barbad, rubob, qonun, surnay, chang, karnay – bularning barchasi makruhdir. Chunki bularning hammasi kofirlarning odatlaridir. [arabcha matn] Doira va surnay ovoziga quloq solib, tinglab turish va bulardan boshqalarini ham eshitish xaromdir. Agar bularni qo’qqisdan, beixtiyor eshitib qolsa, uzrli bo’ladi. U eshitmaslikka harakat qilishi lozim, – deb yozadilar “Raddul muxtaar” muallifi Ibni Obidiyn. Yana, Astaraxsiy [?] rahimahulloh “Al-Mabsuut” kitobida yozadilar: [arabcha matn] Mana bu aytilgan ashula yoki yig’i solish, surnay chalish, do’mbara chalish – mana shunga o’xshash behuda ishlar uchun pul to’lab, ularni yollash joiz emas. Chunki ular ma’siyatdir – ma’siyatga pul to’lab yollash botildir. Yana, Saraxsiy [?] davom etib, bu so’zlarning oxirida [arabcha matn], ya’ni nikoh to’yida chalinadigan do’mbarani esa, uning zarari yo’q. Ya’ni unga pul to’lansa, yollansa, joiz. Takmiyatu Xashiyat Raddul Muxtar [?] kitobida yozadilar, ya’ni bu kitobda shahodati (guvohligi) rad etiladigan odamlarni mana shu o’rinda zikr qilganlarida, jumladan, muhannaslar va aytib yig’lovchilar, azada aytib yig’lab beruvchilar, to’yda ashula aytib beruvchilar, qushlar va cholg’u asboblar bilan o’ynovchilar (mana shular - va yana), salaflarni so’kuvchilar – bular, shahodati (guvohligi) qabul qilinmaydigan odamlar qatorida sanalganlar. Mana shu aytilgan masalalar mashhur hanafiy mazhabi ulamolar tomonidan aytilgan so’zlardir. Ammo bugungi kunda ko’pgina odamlar musiqa haqidagi so’zlarni “vahhobiylar”ning so’zi deb gapiradilar. Buni yo bilmasdan gapiradilar, yoki bila turib odamlarni chalg’itish va aldash uchun to’qib tarqatadilar. Endi mana shu kitoblarga – hanafiy mazhabining kitoblariga – asos bo’lgan hadislarga murojaat qilamiz. Ibn Maaja rahimahulloh rivoyat qilgan mana bu hadisga e’tibor beraylik: [arabcha matn] Abu Maalik Ash’ariydan rivoyat. Rasululloh (s.a.v.) dedilar: “Ummatimdan bir guruh odamlar aroqni o’z otidan boshqacha ism bilan atab ichadilar. Ularning boshlari uzra cholg’u asboblari va ashulachi ayollar bilan bazm uyushtirishadi. Alloh ularni yerga yutqizib yuboradi va ulardan ba’zilarini maymun va to’ng’izlarga aylantiradi”. (Ibn Maaja, Ibn Hibbaan va boshqalar rivoyati; Alboniy sahih sanaganlar. ) Yana, mana shu hadisni boshqacha iboralar bilan Imom Buxoriy ham rivoyat qilganlar. Shu hadisning sharhida “Fat’hul Baariy” soh...

These videos tell the oral history of CAMH through the personal narratives of the women who became involved with the Museum early in their history and helped set the tone for the museum's ambitions today. This week's video, "The CAMH Structure", is part 2 of the 6 part archival project we created with Contemporary Arts Museum Houston (CAMHouston). This time the ladies include memories of the public’s first reactions to the Gunnar Birkerts designed building, how directors learned to use the unusual space, the conspiracy theories that it generated, and the amazing artists that temporarily called it home. ASSALAMU ALAYKUM 4-qism asosan asrlar davomida hukumatda bo’lgan “Mason”lar va ularning ramzlari qanday dunyoga kelganini tahlil qiladi. E’tiborga loyiq joyi shundaki, hozirda qo’llanmada bo’lgan “Injil” (Bible)da dajjol tasviri qanday kelgan bo’lsa ular ham ramzlarini xuddi shunday qilib chizishgan. Bugunga kelib bu ramzlar, tamg’alar har bir xonadonda o’z yerini topib ulgurgan. Baxtga qarshi hatto musulmon bo’lgan oilalar ichida ham. Media(Matbuot)da bugungi kunda sirli guruhlarga oid ramzlar, tamg’alarning ko’proq namoyon bo’lishi, yoki ularni musiqa, kino yulduzlari orqali “reklama” qilish qanchalik kuchayib ketganiga ham guvoh bo’lasiz. Dunyodagi yirik shirkatlar esa qanday qilib “Mason”lar gadaromad keltirishini barchamiz bilsak kerak. Bilmaganlar uchun 4- qismda qisqacha ma’lumot berib o’tilgan. Distributed by Tubemogul.
