Jumbo VA loans are available to veterans with enough income to make the house payments. The *******www.directvaloans**** VA loan FAQ video series addresses the commonly asked question, Can I get a jumbo VA loan? A VA jumbo loan is any home loan over $417,000. You will find two types of these loans: loans in counties where the conforming loan limit is $417k, and loans in counties where the conforming loan limit is more than $417k. In a county where the loan limit is $417,000 a jumbo loan will require a down payment based on the loans overage. In counties with higher conforming loan limits above $417,000, the VA guaranty covers the loan up to the loan limit. Jumbo VA loans can vary from lender to lender. My friend told me to check out these phones. Went on to their website and they have the Samsung slider for $20!But what I really wanted to share with everyone is the double minutes it comes with. It is a great starter phone if you are new to the prepaid market or also great for the kids just starting off on their cell phone journey-never worry about overages, because you are in total control, you basically set up your own plan!

BY ERIK SHUTE AND HARUMENDHAH HELMY .-This is Newsy Now and here are the headlines you need to know. In U.S. news — Officials say it’s only a matter of time until a photo of Osama bin Laden’s corpse is released to the public. The White House is now considering, quote- ‘how best to do’ so. The call to release the photo intensified after initial statements about bin Laden’s death turned out to be untrue. Here’s KSWB. “The White House is yet to release a photo of Osama bin Laden that is said to show a bullet wound above the left eye and the chest. Officers suggested that it's not a question of if but when the photo will be revealed. … the White House is clearing up details about the raid that killed the terrorist leader. He was not armed but, according to officials, put up resistance.” In world news — in a ceremony in Cairo, Egypt today, the two largest political factions in Palestine — Fatah and Hamas — officially end their four-year split. Here’s euronews. “Last week Egypt brokered the deal between the Islamist Hamas which runs the Gaza strip, and the secular Fatah which heads the Palestinian Authority and controls self-rule areas of the Israeli occupied West Bank. Palestinians see the reconciliation as crucial in their campaign for an independent state. But Israel has denounced the deal, saying Fatah must choose between it and Hamas.” Still in world news — Portugal has finally agreed to a bailout deal. The crisis-ridden European country will receive funding from the IMF and the EU over the course of three years. Here’s Bloomberg. “Portugal received $116 billion, less than Greece but more than Ireland. There are still unknown questions, including how much Portugal will have to pay an interest on those loans. And also what kind of reform Portugal will have to do to get the economy up and running again.” In U.S. news -- The house is expected to vote on a controversial bill which would further restrict the use of taxpayer dollars for abortion. State governments feel this will only add to a growing number of problems faced by the healthcare system. WCCO has more. ANCHOR: “Two bills are moving through the senate that Republicans have been trying to pass for years. One would ban abortions after 20 weeks and allow doctors who perform them to be arrested and charged with a felony. Another would prohibit public dollars to pay for abortions for low income women using state health programs.” GOODWIN: “Folks that want to make sure that people don't have abortions have to really start to think about what we're doing with all these other cuts. How are we going to help these children once they're born.” In the tech world -- AT&T placed a limit on the amount of data its cell phone users can download per month. Users will hit the data ceiling at 150 gigabytes and overages will cost an extra $10, but WTXF and CNN don’t seemed to be worried. “AT&T says less than 2 percent of its customers will be affect by this because the average DSL customer uses only about 18 gigs a month.” "The limits are fairly forgiving, you have to watch at least 109 hours of HD videos on Netflix a month to reach that."
