Versate in una boule due confezioni di sugo bolognese e una di sugo al parmigiano e amalgamate. In un'altra versate due confezioni sugo ai carciofi e una al parmigiano, mescolate. Prendete due pirofile larghe circa 20cmx15cm ed iniziate a comporre le due lasagne. Il procedimento è il medesimo, mettete sul fondo un paio di cucchiai di salsa, poi la sfoglia, ancora il sugo, poi la sfoglia e così via fino a l'ultimo strato (in genere sono cinque). Componete così le due lasagne, finendo la preparazione cospargendo con una manciata di Parmigiano Reggiano. Cuociamo in forno 170° per 20 minuti.
