Instructions: Dough: 3 3/4 cup flour mixed with 240 ml water, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 packet (6-7) oz. dry yeast. Kneed it throughly and put in bowl and allow to rise for one hour. Pizza: Cut dough in half, kneed a little more, roll it out with rolling pin. Use other half for another pizza or mini pizzas. Put string cheese around the crust of the pizza and fold dough over cheese. Put tomato sauce/paste/spaghetti sauce also works, cheese and any toppings you desire onto the pizza. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Pizza inside of oven for ten minutes (time depends on toppings and how crispy you would like it) Then eat it.... and share!!! =)
