Our videos have resulted in a Planned Parenthood staff firing and resignation, and the Birmingham Planned Parenthood clinic being placed on probation for 9 legal violations.
In response to this video, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin CEO Teri Huyck said, "In this particular circumstance, we did not have the name of the young woman. She did not give it to us. She did not provide any ID. So we were unable to make any report." EXCEPT we DID give that information to Planned Parenthood...watch this video of us doing that and proving her statement a lie:

Planned Parenthood is under fire after a video surfaced of a clinic manager in New Jersey helping two people posing as a pimp and a prostitute running an underage sex ring. Live Action, a youth-led pro-life group, released the video.
AMY WOODRUFF, CLINIC MANAGER: “If they come in for pregnancy testing, um, s**t, at that point I’d still be. You never got this from me. Just to make all our lives easier. If they’re fourteen and under just send them right there if they need an abortion. Okay?”
And when the man acting as a pimp asked about birth control…
AMY WOODRUFF, CLINIC MANAGER: “Here’s the thing, too. If they’re minors, just tell them to put down that they’re students. Just..”
FAKE PIMP: “Students.”
AMY WOODRUFF, CLINIC MANAGER: “Yeah. Just kinda play along that they’re students. We want to make it look as legit’ as possible.”
FOX Anchor John Stossel calls the manager’s actions “disgusting”. He points out - stuff like this only intensifies the pro-life/pro-choice divide.
“Half the country thinks abortion is murder, so by giving them $300 million we’re forcing people who think it’s murder to pay for murder.”
Ed Morrissey, a writer for the conservative blog Hot Air- agrees- saying the video proves places like Planned Parenthood “flout” laws meant to protect women and children.
“Obviously, state agencies that exist to protect women and enforce the law aren’t doing their jobs... Congress needs to act to cut off public funding of Planned Parenthood entirely.”
Many say Live Action’s timing in releasing the video is strategic. GOP Representative Mike Pence of Indiana and Senator David Vitter of Louisiana recently reintroduced legislation that would deny abortion providers federal funds under Title X family planning grants.
But Salon reporter Alex Pareene says he thinks Live Action’s video is deceptive since it was edited.
“These conservative undercover ‘hoaxes’ are best understood as an attempt to make their fantasies real. In order to make animate the world that they feverishly imagine, they must themselves become the unsavory characters with bad motivations that they enjoy thinking populate these hotbeds of degenerate liberal activity.”
And Huffington Post reporter Jason Linkins points out- one employee in one Planned Parenthood doesn’t represent the organization as a whole.
“Planned Parenthood may have a single staffer whose actions need to be called into question. ... Other than that, Planned Parenthood is an organization that, if it catches a whiff of some illegal activity, gets the FBI involved as quickly as possible...”
Planned Parenthood has fired the manager from the video. The New Jersey attorney general is now investigating the incident.

Rep. Mike Pence defended his amendment to defund Planned Parenthood in order to reach a budget cut compromise. He also claims troops will still be funded if a government shutdown takes place.
A memo was leaked by an NPR station in California regarding pulling Planned Parenthood ads over funding cut concerns. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian break it down.

Stricken from the official congressional record -- an embarrassing misstatement by Arizona Junior Senator Jon Kyl. It started earlier this month with this:
SEN. JON KYL (R-AZ): “If you want an abortion, you go to Planned Parenthood. And that's well over 90% of what Planned Parenthood does.”
KOLD-TV: “According to Planned Parenthood - the real figure is 3 percent.”
Senator Kyl was arguing against federal funding for Planned Parenthood on the grounds the organization provides abortions. Cue the late night comics.
JON STEWART: “I get those numbers mixed up a lot. 90%, Is it 3%, is it 90%? That’s why I have been buying 90% milk. Very hard to pour...”
But KOLD reports - Senator Kyl’s office had a quick explanation for that...
“Kyl’s office issued a statement saying the comment was not intended to be a factual statement.”
“Not intended to be a factual statement.” Stephen Colbert had a field day with that one.
COLBERT: “I decided to celebrate Jon Kyl's ground-breaking excuse-planation last night by tweeting round-the-clock non-facts about him. Such as... Jon Kyl calls all Asians ‘Neil’ no matter what their name is. (Applause) Both of which would be libelous if i hadn't added the hashtag #notintendedtobeafactualstatement (laughter)...”
The latest -- the senator was able to get the misstatement stricken from the official record -- a perk of congressional membership. As Politico reports -- the record now reads Kyl said this...
“If you want an abortion you go to Planned Parenthood and that is what Planned Parenthood does.”
Striking the ACTUAL comments from the official record is completely legit - senators CAN edit their own entries.
But interestingly - as of Friday evening the speech in its entirety – including the 90 percent thing -- can STILL be found on the senator’s own YouTube channel.
Not that it would have done any good to take it down -- there’s plenty more copies where that came from.
What there ISN’T a lot of -- CNN’s Howie Kurtz notes -- was media coverage of the gaffe. He tosses some explanations out with The Chicago Sun-Times’ Lynn Sweet.
SWEET: “Maybe there is a lot of news and not enough people to write about everything. But when you take something from the Congressional record that you actually said and it's on video you get to a serious question where you push a story out."
KURTZ: “I wonder if it has to do with the fact that Jon Kyl is not exactly a household name. If Michelle Bachmann said this, I bet everyone would have covered it.”
Senator Kyl has admitted he misspoke on the 90 percent figure. As for the “not intended to be a factual statement” thing -- he says that came from his press person -- not him.

Francis Grady bombs babykilling abortion mill Planned Parenthood.GREEN BAY — A man accused of setting a fire at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Grand Chute made an outspoken first appearance Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Green Bay. At one point, Francis Grady interrupted a federal court judge and said, "Do you even care at all about the 1,000 babies that died screaming?"
Grady, 50, of Grand Chute, told U.S. Magistrate Judge James Sickel he planned to plead guilty, but Sickel ignored the statement and scheduled Grady for an April 19 preliminary hearing.Grady told his lawyer, public defender Tom Phillip, he was fired for interrupting Sickel, prompting a woman from the back of the courtroom to call out, "Shut up, Frankie.""My sister told me to shut up," Grady said to Phillip.Phillip later explained Grady couldn't fire him, that he was appointed by the court and therefore could only be removed from the case by court order.Wearing an orange Outagamie County Jail jumpsuit and a neck brace, Grady asked Sickel to transfer him to the Brown County Jail because he said Outagamie County doesn't have the medical staff to deal with what he claimed was a broken neck.

What do young people have to say to Congress about health care reform?
WARNING: STRONG LANGUAGE!
On October 15th, Day 23 of our 40 Days for Life campaign, a pro-choice woman shouted obscenities at 40 Days volunteers, before attempting to break the event security camera and assaulting Victor Fierro, director of Latinos4Life. The attacker cut Fierros arm with an unknown object, drawing blood, and then stormed back to her car and fled the scene. Much of the encounter took place right behind the camera, but the audio was all captured, as well as her face and license plate number.
RLCCs Education Director Josh Brahm said, "We're just trying to hold a peaceful prayer vigil out here. We're law-abiding citizens, standing on a public sidewalk, with the full support of the Fresno Police Department, and yet several pro-abortion-choice people have been harassing us since day one. Now its turned physical."
Press release includes more information about local media ignoring the story and more death threats at Right to Life's office at *******40DaysFresno****.
