Tuan Mai has another question, so Tuan Mai asked this question, which a lot of you have asked this same question, “Is it OK for me to be playing pickup games of basketball while doing jump training? Sometimes I play ball on off days.” So that question can really be applied for a lot of things. The question is, can you play your sport and also do the training. So, that is kind of a complicated question, why? Because we all have different capacities to do training, for example, I might be able to train two hours a day and also go play a game of basketball and my body is able to recover fine. Joe Blow might be able to do four hours of training. That can depend on how well you are sleeping, how good your diet is, how hard you’re training, how much experience you have, so all of these things are going to dictate how much training and extracurricular activities you could be doing. Secret To Playing Sports While Vertical Jump Training The secret to knowing that is, TRACKING. You have to track. What you do, is simply do this, obviously the best answer is to track using our mobile app, track all of your exercises and you will be able to see if you are getting stronger, if you are getting more explosive, it will be obvious to you, but if you can’t or if you are too lazy or whatever. At a very minimum track your performance on your standing vertical leap, if you can’t do that, track it on your standing long jump. Track some type of performance every single day and if you see that performance is going down you will probably need to recover more and that you are doing too much activity. So I would recommend that you track, at a very minimum, one explosive activity and one strength activity. So that could be your squat and your standing vertical leap. Check Your Jumping Results For Answers If you are seeing that you are getting stronger and you are jumping higher, you can continue with whatever activities you are doing because you are able to recover from it. If you are see that your strength is going down, if you see that you are not jumping as higher that is your cue that maybe you have too much activity on your plate and training economy requires you to cut down somewhere and/or improve your diet, improve your sleeping patterns, and improve your recovery techniques. So the answer is yes, many of you can play basketball on days you work out, on off days and that is fine. The answer is tracking, try and track two things. One explosive thing like plyometric jumping and another one like a strength event like squatting when you track those results and you see a change and you see that you’re not going up or you’re down or whatever, that will be your cue and so if you want to use our mobile app. Which a lot of people are loving right now, you can use it on your android or blackberry, whatever phone you may have, it is www.jumpmanual****/coaching.html. Hope this answers your question. Talk to you later.

Chuck E. Cheese's Arcade Room review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Chuck E. Cheese's Arcade Room, a downloadable game from UFO Interactive on the eShop and DSiWare for the Nintendo DS and 3DS. Chuck E. Cheese's Arcade Room is a minigame collection. You play games mostly based on the ones you'd find at an actual Chuck E. Cheese, while trying to earn tickets that you can use to exchange for prizes. The problem, however, is that there are only five minigames. You play basketball by flicking the stylus upward to shoot the ball, the exact same thing you do to play Skee-Ball. There's also a shooting gallery and Whac-A-Mole. Throw in the racing game, and uh...and that's it. This video review features video gameplay footage of Chuck E. Cheese's Arcade Room for the Nintendo DS and 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

Based on the hardships of scoring in college-whether on the field or in the bedroom, the show revolves around a tight-knit group of college football players at Blue Mountain State as they balance personal conquests with championship goal. Scoring critical acclaim amongst audiences worldwide, the show has quickly become one of TV's guiltiest pleasures. In June 2010, Page signed on to join the cast in its second season as "Radon Randell," an egotistical talent recruit who never ceases to outdo himself. Hailing from Detroit, MI Page lived in Los Angeles with his mother until he was six years-old, and then returned to live with his father in his Michigan hometown. Following the death of his father when he was just 16 years-old, Page found himself on his own, but driven to fulfill his father's dream, that his only son would receive a college education. As a student at Western Michigan University (WMU), Page was introduced to the worlds of Shakespeare and theater. With the guidance of a mentor, Page grew to embrace Shakespeare with open arms and mastered the fine art of Shakespearean prose with ease and grace. Page's dedication and hard work paid off when following an outstanding performance at WMU, Page caused a bidding war among 17 leading graduate theater programs. He chose the University of Delaware where he would be provided the opportunity to spend more time concentrating on Shakespeare. After seven months of intense training in Delaware, Page returned to Los Angeles with a headshot and a dream. Although doors did not immediately open, Page was persistent. In 2001, he snuck onto the Sony Studios lot dressed as a messenger in order to deliver his headshot and resume -- he ended up landing the role of "Roger" on CBS's THE KENNEDYS. After getting the attention of casting directors all across town, Page began to co-star on other numerous hit TV series. Some of his most notable appearances include CSI, JUSTIFIED, RAISING THE BAR, SIX FEET UNDER, BOSTON LEGAL, NYPD BLUE, MEDICAL INVESTIGATION, BONES, COLD CASE, PHILLY, BLIND JUSTICE, PEPPER DENNIS and was even a regular on DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES. He has had recurring roles on THE SHIELD, MY NAME IS EARL and BARBERSHOP. In 2003, Page made his feature film debut opposite Coline Farrell, Samuel L. Jackson and Jeremy Renner as the villainous "Travis Shipley" in S.W.A.T. Later that year, he also delivered a memorable performance in LEPRECHAUN: BACK IN DA HOOD, and in 2005, he starred as "Twizzie" opposite Usher in the Lionsgate release, IN THE MIX, and as "CW" in SHACKLES. Page is most well accredited for his role in the urban street drama, 4 LIFE in 2007 in addition to his 2009 role starring as Craig in the comedy SEE DICK RUN alongside Kel Mitchell and Todd Bridges. In 2009, Page made a hilarious appearance in the Wayne's Brothers dance spoof DANCE FLICK. Page currently resides in Los Angeles and spends his free time working out, playing basketball, or in a studio writing rhymes.
