*******www.therenegadehealthshow**** - I get this question more than you would think... Sometimes in comes in this form: "How do I gain weight on the raw food diet?" Other times it's: "Help, I'm loosing weight too fast and I need help!" Not that bad of an issue to have, but for some this means loosing muscle mass as well (I know, it happened to me). *******www.therenegadehealthshow**** - This is a popular topic up for debate in many food and nutrition communities... If you're a raw foodie, a vegan, or even someone who eats a whole food diet that includes meat, eggs and/or dairy, you'll want to watch this show. I run over the types of vitamin b12 that you can find in your cabinet, what types of food sources are appropriate, the skinny on spirulina, and where you can find out for yourself if you're deficient or not! (I also talk about the hippie guy on my desk and answer a non-health related question as best I can...) Take a look...

*******www.therenegadehealthshow**** - I know, it sounds like a mouthful... I get this question all the time. Which diet is best for me? 80-10-10? High fat? Low carb? All raw? No raw? All vegan? *******www.therenegadehealthshow**** - This is one of those "toolbox" recipes... Lisa's Raw Red Cabbage Salad is a raw food recipe that takes literally 2 minutes to make and you can keep it in the refrigerator for a few days and have for more than one meal! Efficiency when it comes to making raw food, vegan, or whole food meals is what I like best! Check it out... (This was so good it made me dance! Check it out at the end!)

A lot of people want to know if raw milk or dairy is good for them... I have my own opinions which I'll explain in today's show, but that doesn't mean it's right or it's wrong (your health is ultimately up to you!) Recently, it looks like the FDA is moving toward making raw milk and dairy something of the past due to over 1000 reported cases of E-Coli infection from raw dairy over the span of 7 years from 1998-2005.
