*******budurl****/WatchItalianLeague Watch Genoa vs Bologna, Full Game or Highlights at *******budurl****/WatchItalianLeague 10/11/2010 Davide Ballardini will take charge of Genoa for the first time in the home clash with Bologna. Ballardini has replaced Gian Piero Gasperini, who was sacked in the wake of Sunday's 1-0 defeat at Palermo. The result was Genoa's third loss in four games and left them 14th in the table. The 46-year-old Ballardini has plenty of experience in Italy's top flight having coached the likes of Palermo, Cagliari and Lazio. "I thank Genoa president Enrico Preziosi for giving me the opportunity to coach the oldest club in Italy," said Ballardini, who has signed a contract until the end of the season with an option for a further 12 months. "This is where football began in Italy and I'm delighted to be here. "My aim is to make sure Genoa are competitive and I believe we have the players to achieve this. "Gasperini has done a great job at the club and to replace him is a great challenge for me." Gasperini, who joined Genoa in 2006 and led them to promotion in his first season, is the first Serie A coach to go since the new season began. Bologna, meanwhile, travel to the Luigi Ferraris stadium in buoyant mood after Saturday's 2-0 win over Lecce ended a five-match winless run. The outcome lifted the Rossoblu level on 11 points with Genoa after 10 games played. "This was our best game so far this season," said Bologna coach Alberto Malesani. "I'm satisfied with the three points but also with the performance of my players, who finally made a leap in quality. "Now we must give continuity to our results." The hosts will be without six injured players but will be bolstered by the return of Omar Milanetto from suspension.

*******bit.ly/d4R96x?Fresno-State-vs-Northern-Illinois-6 The Fresno State Defense Fresno State's been one of the top pass-rushing teams in the FBS, tied for sixth with 37 sacks. Yet despite the losses in yardage caused by those sacks, the Bulldogs are still giving up a medocre 154.8 yards per game on the ground and hefty 4.4 yards per rush. They're yielding 355.9 total yards per game, along with 29.2 points. The Northern Illinois Defense Northern Illinois, on the other hand, has come up with 24 takeaways, which include 16 interceptions. And the Huskies have allowed only 19.1 points and 332.6 yards per game. The run defense (130.5 yards) has been stout, but it's not immovable. Illinois steamrolled the NIU for 319 rushing yards in September. Forget the days of transmission delays and knowing the scores a day before the game is even televised. He was 12 of 24 for 143 yards with an interception, getting sacked seven times and fumbling three times, although only one was lost. Locker has been dealing with rib and thigh injuries since October, but he played well during the final two regular-season games of his senior year, passing for 463 yards and three TDs in a pair of road wins.

BY LIZ REED You're watching multisource health news analysis from Newsy. According to a new study, if you’re a man, Asian American and making more than $120,000 dollars a year, you might just be America’s happiest person. But The New York Times took the data and didn’t stop there-- they searched the streets and found Alvin Wong, the man who fit every possible “well-being” factor. (Video: KHON) Reporter: “This is the face of the happiest man in America.” Wong: “It’s an honor that I don’t know how I got. I fit this statistical profile that they came up with.” But it’s not just any statistical profile-- Gallup-Healthways’ Well-Being Index measured almost a million randomly selected Americans’ lives by asking about their exercise, jobs, diet and overall happiness. ABC News breaks the results down: “First off, be a man. Men report being happier than women. Move to Hawaii, no surprise the happiest place in the country. Find God, Faith gives people purpose.” People older than 65 practicing Judaism were also reported to have a higher quality of life than young Christians. Death + Taxes Magazine points out that these “happiness” factors are relatively uncontrollable-- so does that mean misery is unavoidable for the rest of us? “[F]or all you sad sacks out there, being male and Jewish is a relatively easy state to attain. (Unless you’re a woman, in which case it’s very expensive.) Starting a company, finding true love, and procreating are far more difficult than adopting a religion. And becoming Asian? Or taller? Science just isn’t there yet, and maybe that’s for the best.” While most media outlets are raving about Alvin Wong’s success story, Village Voice criticizes The New York Times for forgetting the other side of the spectrum. “Statistically speaking, the saddest person in America is a Hispanic woman aged 45-64 who's separated from her husband, but that person was far too depressing for the New York Times to track down.” The CNET 404 podcast crew doubts the reliability of the study based on Americans’ most powerful tool: opinion. Anchor 1: “It’s weird because a lot of Asian people that I know aren’t happy. And then a lot of Jewish people that I know aren’t happy. We’re statistically the biggest complainers.” Anchor 2: “I don’t know, you’re getting these statistics are you’re just saying they’re statistics. Anchor 3: “There’s a difference between statistics and stereotypes!” What do you think? Can happiness be measured statistically, or is it in the eye of the beholder? BY HARUMENDHAH HELMY You're watching multisource world news analysis from Newsy At least 22 Yemeni officials have defected from the regime, following last Friday’s violent crackdown on protesters in Sanaa. President Ali Abdullah Saleh sacked all of his ministers Sunday, but the move seemed to flat fall flat on the officials who announced their defection Monday. Sky News says among them are three high-ranking army commanders: two brigadier generals and one major general. “I’ve heard one of them giving an interview on at least one television channel, announcing that there were a whole string of defection in the army in the northwest and in the northeast that they were upset about the constitution being violated and they were moving in on Sanaa to maintain security and stability.” Bloomberg talks to one expert who says Brigadier General Muhssein's defection is very significant. “This is really moving in the direction that would lead to the fall of the regime. Muhssein is trying to get ahead of the curve, taking a page out of what’s happening in Egypt.” But, as another analyst explains on the BBC, the participation of the military is not without its dangers. “Pro-democracy protesters are nervous that their popular revolution will be hijacked by established military and commercial interests, who will simply nominate a new face to govern the country without making any substantial changes to the status quo.” According to the Christian Science Monitor, other officials who have resigned include at least eight ambassadors and 13 lawmakers. President Saleh may have also lost the support of his own tribe. Finally, Al Jazeera’s report focuses on the situation in Sanaa (Sah - nah), as one of the army generals deployed his troops to to maintain stability and security there. “Tanks and troops have now been put into position around strategic locations in Sanaa to protect the protesters on the streets. The people have responded by handing the soldiers flowers. The next move is the president’s.” 'Like' Newsy on Facebook for updates in your news feed Get more multisource video news analysis from Newsy Transcript by Newsy

About Easy Lunchboxes: The Best Lunchbox System You Will Find! EasyLunchbox SystemPack waste-free lunch boxes fast with our single-lid, 3-compartment, bento-style plastic food containers. Affordable lunch box containers and cooler bags for work or school lunches. My EasyLunchbox System pairs food-safe reusable lunch containers with roomy cooler bags. It's the green, sack lunch alternative — sized just right for kids and adults. Our lunch boxes allow you to pack lunches quickly, using your own healthy lunch recipes. EasyLunchboxes**** was born out of my response to disturbingly unhealthy school lunch programs. I resolved to send my kids to school with nutritious meals, using little to no wasteful packaging. And though I'm very concerned with my family's health and nutrition, as a busy mom, I like to spend as little time as possible in the kitchen. I'm all about fresh, healthy and FAST. A Streamlined Solution for Packing Lunch Boxes: As a Mom of 3, I knew there had to be a timesaving method for packing lunches. Rather than use a myriad of individual plastic food storage containers and wasteful disposable baggies, I thought, "What if I had one reusable lunch container for everything?" So I created the EasyLunchbox container — a terrific Bento box alternative; easier and better, as there's only one lid that fits securely on top of all 3 compartments. Even if you have a house full of picky eaters with individualized lunch menus or dietary restrictions, the different-colored lids make it easy to keep track of who gets what. No matter what lunch recipes you decide to try, the 3 sections ensure healthy portion sizes. Please note that the lids are not super tight fitting as they are meant to be opened easily by little fingers. Small children won't need help opening up these portable lunch containers. Our Lunch Boxes are Eco-Friendly: They're BPA-free, SAFE and environmentally friendly, too! You'll find it easy to 'go green' by using EasyLunchboxes for a waste-free lunch. BY: CHRISTINA HARTMAN You're watching multisource world video news analysis from Newsy. “Bystanders say six killed and dozens more wounded when security forces opened fire on protesters...” (euronews) After weeks of violent -- even brutal crackdowns against protesters in Syria -- U.S. officials now say -- Iran might be playing puppet master there. According to a pro-democracy group in Syria -- more than 200 protesters have been killed -- but it’s not just the Syrian government who might have blood on its hands. An unnamed U.S. official told The Wall Street Journal... “We believe that Iran is materially assisting the Syrian government in its efforts to suppress their own people...” That aid coming in the form of equipment to quell the rebellion, as well as help “monitoring and blocking” opposition leaders’ Internet activity. The revelation is not a huge surprise. U.S. officials have warned Iran might use Middle East unrest as an opportunity to spread its influence. The concern -- according to the Telegraph is... “...Tehran is also examining ways of helping Shia populations in Bahrain and Yemen rising up against their rulers.” And that could begin a domino effect -- reports the Christian Science Monitor: “Iran's involvement ... could challenge US and Saudi influence in the region, destabilize US allies, and heighten sectarian tensions...” But The Wall Street Journal’s Matthew Rosenberg -- who broke the story -- cautions against making the story bigger than it really “Right now Iran appears more to be looking for ways to get involved than doing anything substantial. But I think right now the reason we’re getting this right now is people in the U.S. want to send a message to the Iranians that we’re watching, we know what you’re doing. At the same time we want to assuage the fears that we’re somehow being soft on Iran.” On Thursday Syrian President Bashar Assad introduced his new cabinet. He sacked his entire government two weeks ago in an effort to appease protesters. Get more multisource world video news analysis from Newsy. Transcript by Newsy.

BY MIRANDA WHEATLEY ANCHOR ALEX ROZIER You're watching multisource US video news analysis from Newsy. New York state officials have deemed some summer camp games may be too risky. They say the classic games are quote 'posing a significant risk of injury' for campers. “Wait we're talking again here, they are freeze tag, kick ball, wiffle ball, dodgeball I can see, capture the flag, capture the flag? Steal the bacon?! Red rover?! I think this is ridic-I think they're just terrified of being sued." (NBC) New York received major backlash after it attempted to add tag to its 2009 list of risky summer activities. The health department labeled horseback riding and archery as dangerous summer camp activities in a 2009 law. “The law sought to close a loophole that legislators said allowed too many indoor camp programs to operate without oversight. Under the new rules, any program that offers two or more organized recreational activities - with at least one of them on the risky list - is deemed a summer camp and subject to state regulation.” New York Daily News New York has decided to leave tag off the list - for now - but critics still say the state went too far. Hufffington Post states, “The New York Health Department is trapped in the role of lamest camp counselor ever.” And a mother writes for the Post Star “...categorizing these typical playground activities as dangerous is plain silly. Especially considering tug of war and sack races aren’t on the list.” Babble weighs in saying “...the banning of typical and very normal kids’ games is robbing kids of normal fun.” Normal or not the health department said adding the games would have closed a loophole created in the 2009 law that allowed indoor camps to slide--and a contributor for CNN says regulation is needed. "This is about indoor versus outdoor, this isn't democrat versus republican on regulation. This is about, guess what, indoor camps haven't been regulated. Guess what happens indoors? Skateboarding, Kathy, is that something that's unsafe, guess what else? All types of different indoor camps that can be very very dangerous and they need to be regulated." (CNN) A spokesperson for the health department tells the New York Daily News most day camps already meet the requirements and the changes would have been minimal. So was this simply blown out of proportion and is cracking down on freeze tag too much? Follow Newsy on Twitter Newsy_Videos for updates in your stream.
