One very common attack on women -particularly in cases of sexual assaults- is the following: the aggressor, using his left hand, grabs and pulls on the victim's right forearm to drag her to a nearby secondary location.
While working on various situations around this scenario with one of my female students, we realized that because of the difference of seize/weight between us, what would normally be a simple "defence against arm pulling" situation, was in fact much worse for the victim.

Escaping over-the-shoulder carry (OTS carry)
Not the most common situation, but this is a video response to a question I was asked.
As usually, it is better to avoid trouble in the first place. If not possible, try to resolve the situation as early as possible (before being lifted on the shoulder).
We tried and pressure-tested different things but this one (face-bar and neck crank) was the solution that yielded the best results.
One of the main risk in this situation is to be slammed onto the floor. Having a good control over the head and neck as shown in this video will prevent this.
Get your feet back on the ground ASAP.
