*******www.balancedhealthtoday****/endosterol.html Several drugs are FDA-approved to relieve common symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Each works differently, says Westney. They either shrink the enlarged prostate or stop the prostate cell growth, she explains. "For many men, medications are very effective," Westney tells WebMD. "They have a significant change in symptoms, and side effects are very uncommon … so medications are an attractive treatment." Doctors use the BPH Index to gauge how the patient responds to medication, Westney adds. "We see how symptoms are progressing … if they've stabilized or not." Alpha blockers: These drugs don't reduce the size of the prostate, but they are very effective at relieving symptoms. They work by relaxing the muscles around the prostate and bladder neck, so urine can flow more easily. These drugs work quickly, so symptoms improve within a day or two. They are most effective for men with normal to moderately enlarged prostate glands. The drugs: Flomax (tamsulosin), Uroxatral (alfuzosin), Hytrin (terazosin), Cardura (doxazosin), and Rapaflo (silodosin). Alpha blockers were originally created to treat high blood pressure; dizziness is the most common side effect; other side effects are generally mild and controllable. Possible side effects include headache, stomach irritation, and stuffy nose. These drugs are not for men with significant urine retention and frequent urinary tract infections. 5-Alpha reductase inhibitors: These drugs can partially shrink the prostate by reducing levels of a male hormone -- dihydrotestosterone (DHT) -- which is involved in prostate growth. These drugs take longer to work than alpha blockers, but there is urine flow improvement after three months. These drugs can reduce risk of acute retention (inability to urinate) -- and also reduce the need for prostate surgery. You may need to take them for 6 to 12 months to see if they work. The drugs: Proscar (finasteride) and Avodart (dutasteride). Possible side effects include erection problems, decreased sexual desire, and reduced amount of semen. These side effects are generally mild and may go away when you stop taking the drugs -- or after the first year of taking the drugs. There is also drug combination therapy, which may be effective against symptoms associated with BPH. Some examples of combined drugs include an alpha-blocker and a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor; or an alpha-blocker and an anticholinergic. *******www.balancedhealthtoday****/products.html

*******jualanoke**** This is by no means an exhaustive list of what's available in the area of prefabricated homes and buildings. This article is to introduce you to the world prefab. If you're in the industry, you'll probably be cringing about now at the word "prefab". But, the word is one that has become synonymous with homes and buildings that have been partially or fully assembled in a factory setting. I for one am excited to see the latest versions of modern prefabs emerging globally. They're well thought out, beautiful, and energy-efficient. And to anyone who has any doubts about the quality of today's prefab homes, I'd ask, would you rather buy a house whose parts have all been crafted outdoors exposed to the elements -- by hand. Or, would you rather buy a house built in a factory setting to tight specs exceeding that of site-built homes. I say exceeding, because a normal site-built home doesn't have to endure the rigors of transportation. For your review, here are quick descriptions of 10 of the many categories of prefab homes available for exploring at *******PrefabExpo**** - in no particular order: 1. Manufactured Single-family residential dwellings consisting of one, two or more sectional units and constructed to Federal HUD code. Zoning regulations and ordinances of the local Municipality or County might not permit use of mobile and manufactured homes in all areas of their jurisdiction. 2. Modular Modular refers to a method of building a home, rather than a type of home. A modular home can be built in a factory from a stock modular home plan or from a customized plan, to the state, local or regional codes of where the home will be set up. Modular homes have not typically experienced the zoning restrictions and discriminative ordinances applicable to manufactured and mobile homes. 3. Panelized Panelized homes are factory-built homes in which panels -- whole walls with windows, doors, wiring, and outside siding -- are transported to the site and assembled. Panels are made from insulating foam sandwiched between two layers of structural material. The panels are lightweight and might already be filled with insulation when they arrive on the site. The homes must meet the state or local building codes of where they are sited. 4. Steel-frame Steel framing is an equivalent to conventional stick frame or post & beam home design where the structural lumber is replaced by steel studs and trusses or steel posts and beams. Light-Gauge Framing System features screw-together, galvanized stud-and-truss, grid-type construction system built on 4-foot center.Red-Iron Metal Post & Beam Systems features bolt-together, pre-engineered post-and-beam-type framing system that uses the red-iron steel "C" beams on 8-foot center. The prefabricated home built with this method can be single-story, two-story, and even tri-level home. Unlike conventional wood framed home that requires interior walls to support the roof, the higher strength-to-weight ratio of steel house allows to span greater distances with less material and fewer supports. The result is higher floor layout and interior design flexibility. Unlike wood, steel won't shrink, rot, warp, buckle, split, or be attacked by insects. This results in greater durability, lower long-term maintenance, higher energy efficiency and overall greater quality of this prefabricated home. 5. Precut This category includes wood-framed factory-built houses or cabins where building materials are factory-cut to design specifications and transported to the site to be assembled. PrefabExpo**** presents prefab building kits designed as wood-framed (also known as balloon-frame, 2 x 4, 2 x 6 or stick-built construction) as well as prefabricated home kit / cabin kit using post-frame method. The homes or cabins must meet local or state building codes of the area where they will be sited. 6. Cedar According to Katahdin Cedar Log Homes, cedar is aromatic to people, and problematic to insects: The heartwood of northern white cedar produces organic compounds called thujaplicins - which create that fresh, pleasant cedar aroma. But to insect pests, such as moths and termites, cedar just plain stinks. They'll avoid cedar homes and instead search out inviting, tasty pine structures. Cedar home kits include everything you need to build the home, itself. That is to say, the walls, the floor, the ceiling, the windows and doors. But your foundation, plumbing and electrical system are not usually included in a kit. 7. Timberframe Timber framing is a specific type of post and beam construction in which a frame is created from solid wood timbers that are then connected by any one of the following wooden joints: mortise and tenon, dovetails, or scarfs secured with hardwood pegs. The frame is covered with any one of a number of enclosure systems. Normally the timbers remain exposed to the interior of the building. Timber frame structures exhibit a strength and aesthetic quality not found in conventionally framed houses. The timbers are pre-cut, shaped, and finished at the factory, then sent to the construction site, where they can be quickly assembled by a crew, routinely using cranes to lift the bents and beams into place. The use of quality wood, enhanced by joinery that compares with fine cabinet making, maximizes the strength of the timberframe structure. Joinery is the heart of the entire structure. 8. Log Log homes provide their owners with a comforting and relaxing sense of informality and simplicity. The mass of logs produces heating and cooling benefits, and reduces noise transmission into and throughout the home. These are very attractive characteristics, but there are also challenges in construction and limitations in decorating. These aspects require special design considerations and have unusual maintenance requirements. Basic Kits Are... WALLS ONLY: The walls-only log home package includes all the logs for the outside walls, including fasteners. Roof beams and staircases may be added. STRUCTURAL SHELL: Shell This package includes everything that's in the walls-only package, plus all components necessary to keep the weather out, such as exterior doors, windows, and the roofing system. THE COMPLETE PACKAGE: Complete packages also includes interior components required to finish log homes. Such items include interior walls, stairs, closets, interior doors and trim. 9. Circular The circle is the strongest geometrical shape we recognize, and this factor likely influenced builders of circular homes for thousands of years. Prefabricated circular buildings have been built as cabins, studios, homes, offices or community halls and convention centers. Most of today's prefabricated circular homes and cabins offered across the country use conventional wood-frame or post & beam construction method. These homes and cabins are ideally suited to take the full advantage of locations offering exciting panoramic views, and to incorporate factor of the surroundings into the home design. 10. Dome Geodesic Dome is using triangular networks forming hexagons and pentagons and creating a free-span, spacious environment of spherically shaped structure requiring no internal supports. This results in large flexibility for utilizing interior space to implement floor designs not limited by structural restrictions. Because of the structural strength of the shape, the domes have a far better record of withstanding tornados, hurricanes and earthquakes than cube-shaped structures of conventional homes. Advantages... MATERIAL COSTS: Geodesic domes provide the greatest amount of floor area with the least amount of surface area, reducing the quantity of needed building material by as much as 30-50%. ENERGY EFFICIENCY: As a result of the shape, the dome has approximately 30-50% less roof and wall area than cube-shaped home of equal floor space. This results in lesser area being exposed to the elements, resulting in reduction in heating and cooling costs of dome shaped structures. Also, the spherical shape of the dome facilitates natural air flow yielding more even temperatures maximizing overall interior temperature comfort. Disadvantages... As a result of complicated angles, the interior and exterior finishing of the dome (after speedy assembly of the prefabricated shell) is significantly more labor intensive than finishing the conventional house. Also, the finishing work requires highly skilled or specialized tradesmen which might not be available at every location. These factors might present welcoming challenge for skilled handyman - homebuilder, but would create substantial cost outlay if the hired labor is considered. Enjoy my latest video: Two Bulls, One Cow A typical day on a farm. Cows come in to eat. Two bulls get other ideas and butt heads over it, being rather, well, bullish about it. Keep trying guys, but she ain't having none of it. She leaves. They follow. Same the world over. Better luck next time. Your Cow Facts for the Day or More Stuff Than You'd Ever Want to Know about Bovines: Males and females are known as bovines. There are other more specific terms for what they are genderwise and at various stages of their lives (listed below). Cows can breed with other closely related species such as: •aurochs (extinct) •banteng (Southern Asia) •bison •gaur (Southern Asia) •wisent •zebu (that's that wonderful humped cattle you see in India) •yaks (from Nepal). When I was growing up some newspaper filler writer would provide newspapers with little 1-2 line snippets about yaks and yak butter to use to fill out columns. As a result of reading every inch of the newspaper I have an inordinate amount of knowledge about yaks and yak butter. For example: Only yak butter is used in butter sculptures for religious festivals in Tibet. Whew, finally, I've been able to use that bit of knowledge. And another one: Yak racing is highly popular in Tibet, though not very fast (although they'll outrun you). The hide can be cured and made so waterproof it's used to make small coracles (usually saucer-shaped) boats. Okay, I'll stop now. Cows cannot interbreed with buffalo, though. The most amazing cow ever: the Heilan coo Scottish: Highland Cow. My first name is Heilan. And frequently my haircut resembles that of the Heilan Coo. Maybe that's why I like cows so much. And yet more bovine terminology: •beef: young ox (being fattened up for market) •beefing: the act of fattening up an ox for market. (Beware being called beefy by someone) •bull: adult male who is able to have sex (and from this video you know that able doesn't always mean actually has sex) •bullock: An older castrated bull in most of the world. Steer when they're young. Bullock when their old. And to be contrary, in the US a young bull is frequently referred to as a bullock (and he still has all his boy bits intact -- trying to be PG about this). •calf (pl. calves): newborn cattle until they are weaned •cow: female who has had 1-2 calves (some people insist that she have had 2 calves before calling her a cow) •feeder-calves or feeders: You don't want to be this. This means you are young male beef cattle. Eventually after you've been fattened up, sometimes rather quickly with growth hormones (people stay away from buying beef that's been given growth hormones, they won't tell you, but it's not very good for you), you're heading to market. You'll wind up cut up, shrink-wrapped, on display for sale in a grocery store. (I think there's a Disney film here about a feeder calf that gets away, goes on a quest to find it's real mother, and becomes head bull of all the other cattle. Might even be a major disaster like a fire or earthquake. Ref: Bambi, Lion King. Suggested title: MOOooooooo!) •freemartin: a female twin of a bull. She's infertile because of her intersexual characteristics (didn't quite make it to becoming a bull, but can't have calves). However, I firmly believe she should still be given the full rights and dignity afforded to all other cattle. •heifer: young female who has not yet had a calf •maverick: cattle of either gender that is unbranded •neat: oxen with horns (neatsfoot oil comes from them) •ox (pl. oxen): castrated male bull kept around as a draft animal or for food. This term is applied to older female cows, on occasion. So guys, if someone calls you healthy as an ox, beware. Mainly it means you can no longer breed but you're kept around because you can work and possibly might make a good meal some day. But, mainly, you're hooked up to traces and straining and pulling things around. BTW traces are those side straps/chains connecting the harness to a cart or whatever is being pulled. That crossbar the traces pass through is called a whiffletree (sometimes whippletree, singletree, swingletree). I promise I will refrain from naming all the parts of a cart. •steer: castrated male (sorry guys if that makes you uncomfortable) •yearling: cattle 1-2 years old. Used more for males than females. •weaners (all of you with dirty minds can stop laughing now, and that reference isn't even spelled this way): cattle that is more than a year old, but not an adult •working steer: In the US only. Refers to draft cattle under four years (again with all their boy bits intact) Use all the above knowledge on your next date and I'm sure you'll make an impression of some sort. Though I must warn you they might find you a bore (not boar -- don't even get me started about boars).

CAPE CANAVERAL -- Space shuttle Discovery was wheeled out of the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) on one of the massive crawler-transporters toward launch complex 39A -- and its final mission -- STS-133. This marks the second trip out to the launch pad for Discovery; the orbiter had to be taken back to the VAB for scans and repairs. Discovery was first wheeled out to LC 39A on Sept. 20, 2010. The Nov. 5 launch attempt was aborted due to a leaky Ground Umbilical Carrier Plate (GUCP). When engineers were checking out this problem, they discovered another, a section of popped up foam on the shuttle's external tank. Foam has been a concern ever since a briefcase-sized piece of foam led to the loss of the shuttle Columbia in 2003. Further inspection showed that the cracks extended all the way down to the aluminum skin of the external tank. As engineers looked further more and more of these cracks were discovered around what is known as the "intertank" region. Engineers did what repairs that they could out at the launch pad. Then the large, orange tank was filled with the super-cooled fuel that powers the shuttle into orbit. When tanking occurs, the tank can shrink by as much as half-an-inch. With the realization that this shrinkage could severely impact the cracks, 89 sensors were placed around this area to monitor the effect of fueling the external tank. To properly check any potential impact the tanking had, scans would need to be conducted and that meant a trip back to the VAB. So Discovery was rolled back to the VAB for X-Rays and other scans. Once the area was given a thorough inspection, more cracks were found and further repairs were required. But during this time NASA had discovered what was causing these small cracks to occur and Discovery was set to head back out to the launch pad for her date with history. "We fully expect that this will be the last time that Discovery will make this trip horizontally," said Allard Beutel, NASA's news chief at Kennedy Space Center. "The next time she travels -- it will be vertically -- to the International Space Station." Discovery began its slow, methodical trek out to the launch pad at 8 p.m. EDT. The trip lasted some six hours, as the pondering crawler-transporter that hauls the spacecraft out to the launch pad moves at a blistering one mile an hour. Discovery's final mission is a resupply flight to the International Space Station. The orbiter will ferry a modified cargo carrier, the Leonardo Permanent Multipurpose Module along with much-needed supplies and the first human-like robot to fly into space -- Robonaut-2. The crew consists of commander Steve Lindsey, Pilot Eric Boe and mission specialists Michael Barratt, Alvin Drew, Nicole Stott and Steve Bowen. Bowen is a last-minute replacement for Tim Kopra, who broke his hip in a bicycle accident earlier this month.

While America's civil space program makes up a large source of funding for the space sector, it is dwarfed by the amount of funding that is put into the military sector. In an era of shrinking budgets, there is a strong desire from mission planners and the military to minimize costs. There are many opportunities for commercial companies to work in this sector to expand mission capabilities more efficiently. This panel will address what commercial opportunities are available for involvement in the military sector. Furthermore, discussion will focus on how the military will be affected by the reduction in cost being caused by the Space Commercial revolution. Additionally, how will the ability to purchase existing products (launch seats vs. bids) change acquisition strategy for the military?

PRODUCT VIABLITY SERVICES Having ideas for new products is only an initial step for introducing a new product to market. It is important to assess the commercial viability, is the market large enough and is there sufficient margin, for this product before going too far down the line of developing prototypes. Market assessment Where superior products are being developed to better address the needs of a market, it is likely that sales will be gained at the expense of existing products. The introduction of digital pen equipments probably did not result in more things being weighed, rather the same things being weighed more easily. If this is the case then essentially you need to know three things about the market you are developing a better product for. Firstly, how big is it – this is normally measured in Rs. value. Secondly, how do consumers or retailers segment the market? And lastly, is the overall market and its segments growing or shrinking? Thinking about both markets you wish to investigate, the internet and Google have made this exercise much easier but I would start by visiting a couple of stores or sections in-store where you can imagine your new products being sold. Look at what is currently offered by suppliers at the moment. Make a note of the supplier names, equipment or feed manufacturers and if you have access to the internet start by looking at their websites. Larger suppliers may produce annual reports, and often in the chief executive’s statement you can find either a reference to how they describe their markets or sometimes their estimate of the market size or their percentage market share. Compare this to their sales and you have one estimate of market size. Often these have very limited information without paying a subscription but you might find headline information to help. You might also find articles that reference this data which can be forthcoming, About Us:- e-Branding India Technologies is the group company headed by Mr. Prakash Bhosale (e-Marketing Consultant) involved in providing Marketing Consultancy & services to small & medium companies, start-up companies & entrepreneurs. Milon's Secret Castle typifies the NES experience: What exposition there is takes place mostly in the manual and/or blurbs on the box itself, the gameplay elements that are apparent don't make all that much sense on their own (like bubbles defeating enemies and blowing away chunks of wall and floor in many places), and the ultimate goal is the liberation of some spirited-away important person who's in quite a bit of peril. Fortunately, Milon's assisted by a mysterious shopkeeper who pops up in the strangest of places, as well as... boxing gloves that make him shrink?
