Airs Tuesdays at 9pm/8c on HISTORY. On alien planets, they rain from the sky as scalding iron. On distant moons, even at hundreds of degrees below zero, they slosh around in pristine lakes of methane. They can cover entire planets in miles-deep oceans of electrified hydrogen metal. Or erupt on alien worlds through miles-high geysers. They churn in the interiors of dead stars and even our own planet. They're so rare in the universe, they almost don't exist, but these are the magical liquids of our Liquid Universe. Sorry i'm just getting this post up! I've been fighting my computer for the past few days. Well i met up with Austin,Eric and Stephen again to show their makeshift fitness routine. They were taking it easy on my the first time...because this workout was a true street fight! Based off the calorie computer Stephen (red shirt) was wearing it's a 1700-2000 calorie routine! This video of course only shows you the gist of the workout because we do 3-4 sets of each exercise and i'm pretty sure you don't want to watch that over and over. Check out some of the hilarious names of the painful workout..haha - American Idols - Driveway Skanks - Granny shots - Rise and Shines - Wiggles - Princess and Jennifer ( 14 foot slosh tubes) and much more!

Consider The Downtown Struts to be required listening for anyone who needs a lesson on rock and roll. Their songs are fast, simple, and rebellious... just the way your parents can't stand. When The Downtown Struts took the stage at the Vogue, it was like a gang taking back their turf. Beer was sloshing and fists were pumping as the crowd full of punk rock zealots worked themselves into a frenzy of chorus-shouting mayhem and dancing. WIN a Riverford Cook Book by entering the competition here: *******www.riverford******/pages/cookbook/ Ingredients: 3 cloves garlic, crushed 3 tbsp fennel seeds, ground 3 tbsp parsley, chopped 3 tbsp olive oil 1 kilo lamb shoulder, trimmed and cut in to large 5-6cm chunks (leg can be used) 1tsp salt 700mls milk 200mls double cream 1 tbsp chopped fennel tops/wild fennel or dill ground black pepper Mix together the fennel seeds, parsley and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and throw in half the lamb, turning it until you've browned it on all sides. Take the lamb out of the pot and turn the heat right down. Toss in the fennel seeds, parsley and garlic. Cook gently so it doesn't colour. Add the uncooked lamb to the pan and brown it in the fennel paste. Throw the rest of lamb back into the pan with it's juices, salt well and slosh in a little milk. Use the milk to dislodge anything tasty that has stuck to the sides. Pour in the rest of the milk and cream, turn the heat down to a very gentle simmer, cover with a kitchen towel and leave to cook for 1 -- 1 ½ hours. When the lamb is soft and tender take it out and put it to one side. Turn the heat up and reduce the juices until they've thickened a little. Pop the lamb back in the pan, season and sprinkle with fresh chopped fennel or dill. Enjoy.

Bathroom Cleaning Tips: How To Clean A Bath Despite what students may think, baths are not self cleaning. Here is how to remove nasty rings. Everyday, get in the habit of wiping down the bath after each use and limescale won't have the chance to build up. Plastic or acrylic baths scratch easily, so steer away from abrasive cleaners. A gentle wipe over with a mild bathroom cleaner and a soft cloth should be enough. If you find yourself with a particularly dirty bath, try filling it with warm water, chucking in a scoop or two biological washing powder and leaving overnight. Enameled baths are slightly tougher than acrylic but are not totally scratch proof either, so leave the scrubbing brush alone. Stains on the enamel can be treated with a paste of bicarbonate of soda and a drop of warm water. See below for limescale treatments. Cast iron baths, take great care with these. Always test new products on an inconspicuous area before sloshing it all over. Avoid products with anti-limescale ingredients as they may cause the enamel to dull. Instead, remove limescale with a solution of half vinegar, half water and apply with a soft cloth to the area of limescale, avoiding other parts of the enamel.
