*******www.instablogs****/ Pakistan given Mumbai evidence Until now Pakistan successfully evaded any action against the terror suspects operating form its soil on the pretext that India never shared the evidence with Pakistan. Now with the facts provided to them including "material from the interrogation of Mohammed Ajmal Amir Qasab" - the sole surviving gunman from the attacks, who is in Indian custody, Pakistani authorities must act immediately to dismantle the terrorist network. Pakistan must understand the terror groups operating from its soil pose a threat both to the international peace and security of the entire world and its own. Therefore instead of beating the war drums and rejecting the Indian accusations as mere speculation Pakistan must act fast to rein in terror groups. LTTE defeated Sri Lankans may rejoice their victory but this sense of elation will not last for very long. The government has already earned itself bad press by denying access to the media from war zone. The war has been marked by appalling human-rights abuses by both sides, including hundreds of disappearances and alleged murders of Tamil youths by government agents. The government has blocked aid agencies making efforts to bring relief. Sinhalese chauvinists have always bullied Tamils by denying them even the modest regional autonomy promised by the Sri Lankan constitution. The Tamils can never forget the atrocities perpetrated upon them by the Sri Lankans. Soon the Tamil resistance shall raise its head and achieve its dream of a Tamil homeland. Corruption in Afghanistan Afghanistan’s democratically elected government under President Hamid Karzai to large scale corruption and misuse of power. Any government services come with bribe locally known as `shrini’ which means sweetener bribe manifests in many forms from the lowest person right to the top officers of the government are the recipients of the bribe. President Karzai’s brother is also believed to be deeply involved in large scale corruption particularly heroin trade that goes unnoticed due to his blood relation with the top of the country. This corruption according to Afghans does not have a long history since the communist who ruled Afghanistan in the 1980’s and were honest than the Mujahedeen’s of 1990 and the present setup. Complaints of corruption in the small and large things could be heard in Kabul. Common citizens are fast losing their confidence in the government of President Hamid Karzai which obviously is very bad news for the President since he intends to run for the second consecutive term for the office of the President of Afghanistan in April this year. Worlds**** sues NC Soft MMO giant, NC soft, has been accused of infringing on patents put in place by Worlds**** believes that NC Soft’s products infringe on their “System and Method for Enabling Users to Interact in a Virtual Space” patent. Of all NC soft games the most notable ones guild wars, City of Heroes, City of Villains and tabula Rasa. In my opinion this is a bold move by a company that as just decided to come out of the wood work. I ask them one question. Why now, could it be agreed, no – I think it is something else, possibly to prove a point that these big companies can’t be challenged? A smart move on board for going after NC before even trying. With a win under the belt that will give them extra leverage when trying their luck against a multi billion dollar company, good luck. *******www.instablogs****/

Rock Band 2 or Guitar Hero 3? Everyone asks this question when considering purchasing one or the other, so I'm going to tell you what I think about them both and let you decide! BUY GUITAR HERO 3 GUITAR FOR PS3: *******www.Extreme-Days****/buy/gh3ps3.html BUY GUITAR HERO 3 GUITAR FOR 360: *******www.Extreme-Days****/buy/gh3360.html BUY GUITAR HERO 3 GUITAR FOR Wii: *******www.Extreme-Days****/buy/gh3wii.html BUY ROCK BAND 2 GUITAR FOR PS3: *******www.Extreme-Days****/buy/rb2ps3.html BUY ROCK BAND 2 GUITAR FOR 360: *******www.Extreme-Days****/buy/rb2360.html BUY ROCK BAND 2 GUITAR FOR Wii: *******www.Extreme-Days****/buy/rb2wii.html Check Out The Blog: *******www.Extreme-Days**** Follow Me On Twitter: *******Twitter****/Godismyrock Join Me On Facebook: *******www.Extreme-Days****/facebook.html The overall look of the Rockband 2 guitar controller, in my opinion, looks much cleaner and realistic and I personally like the look of it more. This being said, Guitar Hero 3 did come out first and quite a while before so they didn't have anything to improve on except their original design from the previous Guitar Hero's. I prefer the Guitar Hero 3 buttons over the Rockband 2 buttons because they're easier to navigate when you're not looking at them. I find that with the Rockband 2 guitar, I lose my fingering a lot more often and then have a difficult time trying to get it back without looking down at my hand. Another downside to the Rock Band guitar and a plus to the Guitar Hero controller is that Guitar Hero has a big raised line on the yellow button that you can easily feel and tell which finger the yellow button is on. The Rock Band guitar has little pin bumps, which, with a little bit of use, wear right down to nothing so there is no way of telling what button your finger is on. As far as the strumbar goes, I prefer the Guitar Hero 3 version again, but I can easily deal with the Rockband 2 version. The only thing I don't like about the Rock Band 2 strumbar is that you can't hear or feel the click when you've strummed up or down. Again, this is just my preference, but I could use either and it doesn't hinder my gameplay too much. My opinion on the whammy bar is that I would prefer a mix between the two. I think that Guitar Hero got it right with the angle of the bar, but messed up with the length, but Rockband got the length right and the angle off. If they made the length as long as the Rock Band 2 version and the angle the angle of the Guitar Hero 3 version I think it would be golden! The other controls on both guitars are fine with me, I have no preference of which setup I like better in this area. One cool thing that Rock Band implemented is a button to change which controller number you are without having to go into the settings in the XMB. So I think my vote would have to go to Rockband 2 for the additional controls. Rockband also implemented a cool idea with the strap nubs. They made them to be screwed in so that you could move the nub to make the guitar controller for either a lefty or a righty player. This, I think, was a very smart move by Rock Band 2. While I'm at it, I might as well mention that the Rock Band 2 guitar controller has an on/off switch in the back. This gets great use, from me anyway, as I don't have to worry about hitting the PS button on the Rockband guitar when I don't intend to use it. I think that just about sums up all the differences that I thought were noteable between the two guitar versions. I would say, don't base your opinion on which guitar I like, but for you to go out yourself and try both guitars and see which one feels more comfortable to you. It doesn't matter what it looks like, but if it's going to hinder your gameplay just to look pretty, I'd say go with the one that fits your playing style! *******www.themodelship****

Acoustic Compilation CD available to buy from Website. *******www.TheZodiacSessions**** *******www.myspace****/thezodiacsessions *******www.youtube****/thezodiacsessions *******www.bebo****/thezodiacsessions Sarah Gleeson playing "Greedy Guts" at The Zodiac Sessions singer / songwriter night held in Bruxelles bar of Dublin, every Wednesday night. SARAH GLEESON Sarah Gleeson started playing guitar when she was 15. She wasnt very good, so she gave up for about 6 months, as it made her fingers really sore. Then she felt a but guilty cos her parents had splashed out on a pretty nice Tanglewood (well, nice for a first guitar) so this spurred her on to continue, however hamfistedly. The first song she learned to play was American Pie by Don Mclean. When Sarah finally crash landed in UCC in 2003 after a drunken year of tomfoolery and nothing, she started writing songs, little ditties really. Just about boys and kissing and things like that. Then someone some night said "Hey theyre quite good, do you want to do a gig?" and Sarah said "Hmmm...yeah, i think i do!" So she did her first real gig in the Cruiscin Lan in Cork and thought, hey this is fun, maybe i shoud write some more songs... In 2005 Sarah entered a singer/songwriter competition in Cork which was being held in the pub net door to her flat. and after weeks of heats she found herself in the grand final. Then she found herself winning it and singing The Auld Triangle to a room full of Corkonians. Smart move eh? In an ironic twist of fate, the prize was a semi acoustic Tanglewood. If this was a Behind The Music doumentary, the voiceover artist (preferably Ron Howard) would say somthing like "Sarah's music career to this point had come full circle". So, skip to age 24. Its now years later and Sarah is still writing little ditties...but as she has grown up so has her lyric style and subject matter. She is doing support slots here and there, but is mostly working away on songs so that she might eventually get her act together and record an EP. She still cant play standing up though, and thinks that maybe she and Liza Minnelli DO have something in common; vertigo. Sunriver Houses *******PropertySunriver**** Sunriver Houses: A Good Time to by a Second Home "In many vacation markets, you can pick up a beach condo or a mountain cabin at a decent price. In some markets, homes are back to 2000 prices," said vacation home guru Christine Karpinski, director of Owner Community for HomeAway**** (an online vacation home rental Web site). She says a host of market conditions have converged to make buying a second home a smart move right about now. • (Sunriver Houses) Take the stock market. Please. "Stock market woes have always pushed people to look for alternate investments, and real estate is a consistent stronghold," she says. "Yes, home values are down right now but they have always rebounded. I wouldn't recommend buying a second home with the expectation of flipping it for a quick buck, but if you hang onto it for a while -- and better still, turn it into a vacation rental property -- you'll make a nice profit," Karpinski says. • (Sunriver Houses) Interest rates are cooperating. On Dec. 24 Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey revealed a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) average of 5.14 percent. The rate hasn't been lower since Freddie Mac started the survey in 1971. "Rates have been reasonably low for awhile, following earlier rate cuts toward the beginning of the year. That's good news for anyone who's in the market for a mortgage," Karpinski added. • (Sunriver Houses) The pressure of bidding wars is off. "Housing bubble or no housing bubble, you're not going to get bargain basement prices on, say, a cottage right on the ocean-but if you're willing to buy a few rows back, you'll likely find that prices have fallen substantially," notes Karpinski. "Because houses aren't flying off the shelf, there's less pressure on you to make a quick decision. You can afford to take your time, do your research, and refine your plan," she added. • (Sunriver Houses) Vacation rental demand is on. Economic pressures on travel budgets are forcing those who once traveled abroad to stick closer to home. To further save travel dollars, domestic travelers want the most bang for their getaway bucks. Vacation homes provide all the comforts and options of home (eating in, game rooms, wirelessness, etc.), often at a per-person rate that's cheaper than a hotel. Karpinski says, "Vacation homes tend to be less expensive than hotel rooms. This is especially true if you're traveling with extended family or a group of friends. Not incidentally, in many areas of the country, rental demand exceeds supply. The Sunshine State (Florida) is a prime example. Buy a vacation home in a market like Cape Coral, Daytona, Destin, Fort Lauderdale, Indian Rocks Beach, Kissimmee, Madeira Beach, Orlando, Panama City Beach, Sanibel Island, West Palm Beach, or Windsor Hills, and you can't lose." The weak dollar makes American destinations attractive to European travelers and others holding stronger currencies. Also, business travel continues to generate vacation rental income -- especially when foreign business associates come calling. (Sunriver Houses)

Not only is a Gambrel Shed a very attractive storage shed, it is also incredibly practical and there are sound reasons for building this type of shed to sort out your storage requirements.. Building a gambrel shed is a smart move, provided you have a good set of gambrels shed plans close to hand. Because the tricky part is the part that makes it one of the most practical sheds you can build is the roof. In this article I look at how the roof is constructed and the very practical benefits of it’s design. The gambrel shed was introduced to the American colonies by Dutch settlers. It’s distinctive feature is it’s roof design which is symmetrical but each side has 2 slopes. 1. The Gambrel Shed Roof The upper slope is shallow and the lower one is steep and this creates amazing space in the roof space. In fact the semi circular shape of the roof space can be enhanced greatly by the use of sky lights which creates an enormous sense of space and reduces your lighting bill. If you decide to use roof trusses rather than rafters in the roof’s construction you can enhance the storage capacity considerably. If you choose to leave the roof space open it would make an ideal artist’s workshop and if you create an attic you will create extra storage space for yourself. 2. The Large Sliding Doors on Gambrel Shed Because of it’s design most gambrel sheds are fitted with large sliding doors making access for machinery and large goods very easy. And you can even put sliding doors on 2 sides thereby allowing for example a tractor to enter through one door and your normal household storage stuff through the other door. To build the roof however you would be well advised to get a good set of gambrel shed plans as the roof would be a difficult and tricky task otherwise. But for any shed building project you would be well advised to get some storage sheds plans as they will save you time and money in the long run.
