Enlarged prostate, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), is a disorder that generally affects men 50 years of age and older. BPH is not the same as prostate cancer. The prostate is a small, muscular gland (in the shape of a walnut) in the male reproductive system. It surrounds the urethra just below the urinary bladder and adds fluid to semen to allow sperm mobility. With age, the cells of the gland begin to multiply, leading to an enlarged prostate. Although the exact cause is unknown, changes in male sex hormones with age may be a factor. Other risk factors for prostate gland enlargement are family history, diabetes, heart disease and obesity. It tends to be more common in men of Asian heritage than other races. Many men with BPH have either no symptoms or very mild symptoms. However, many men have severe symptoms that may even interfere with their quality of life. Some of the symptoms of BPH are a frequent urge to urinate, increased frequency of urination at night, trouble starting a stream of urine, a weak urine stream, continued dribbling of urine, and a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying. If left untreated, an enlarged prostate can block the flow of urine out of the bladder, leading to other complications like urinary retention, UTIs, bladder stones, and kidney damage. There are several effective treatments for enlarged prostate, including medications, therapies and surgery. In addition, certain home remedies and lifestyle changes can help ease the symptoms.

Trying To Get Pregnant, When Can I Get Pregnant, Get Me Pregnant, How To Get Pregnant Fast Naturally. Infertility treatments. Infertility is a global public health concern and affects approximately 10% - 15% of couples worldwide. This condition may stem from numerous anomalies in the body, ranging from infections and cysts in the ovaries and reproductive tract, to the disproportionate secretion of hormones by the glands. Infertility treatments are many, and are of various kinds. The best way to tackle it is to identify the exact cause of this condition and then alleviate it. Available infertility treatments include: . Treating APA's. APA's cause blood clots and prevent implantation. A low dose aspirin therapy works wonders when treating APA's in the blood. For graver cases, anticoagulants are used to thin out the blood and improve blood circulation in the uterus. . Removing natural killer cells. Natural killer cells present in excess begin to attack the embryo. An intravenous treatment of gamma globulin, intralipid infusions and steroids are often used in this case. . Treating Antinuclear Antibodies (AA's). Abundance of antinuclear antibodies in the body is treated with steroids, intake of herbs that increase circulation, intake of antioxidants, zinc supplements, alkaline generating food and reducing the levels of stress. Balancing the responses of the immune system is the key to treating AA's. . Treating antisperm antibodies. To suppress the reactions in the body caused by antisperm antibodies interacting with the sperm, low doses of steroids are often made use of. . Treating age related infertility. Since age is a possible threat to female fertility, infertility treatments involving care of the kidneys and the spleen will help a woman keep the age related problems of pregnancy at bay.

Male factor infertility includes low sperm count, poor morphology or poor motility. To overcome these issues and for a successful In Vitro Fertilization ICSI treatment is used. During the ICSI process, a single sperm is picked and directly injected into the retrieved egg to create the embryo. This process ensures a higher success rate of the IVF treatment.

Infertility can be found when the couples for 6 months or 1 year of successive trying are unable to conceive. IVF is a solution for many infertile couples who cannot conceive due to reasons like infections, tubal blockage, endometriosis (cyst formation in the ovary) and inferior quality of egg. Besides these factors, women suffering from PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) also require IVF treatment. All the oocytes and follicles are stimulated and just before ovulation and then fertilize it outside with the donor or couple sperm. Once the egg is fertilized it is injected back to the uterus of the mother. In case of male infertility, low sperm count and low motility are the main contributing factors. IVF is a technique through which woman’s egg is taken out of her body and mixed with father’s sperm leading to the formation of embryo up to a certain stage in the lab. It is then implanted into the mother’s womb. This procedure is also referred to as test tube baby. Many times implantation fails to get properly fixed. To increase the success rate, the laser hatching process gets evolved. In this laser hatching, the rays of laser are fired upon the zona pellucida (outermost layer) as a result; the layer gets thinner making it easy for conceiving. Women who have attained more than 35 years of age get complication in attaining pregnancy as their zona pellucida layer becomes very thick making difficult to conceive. So, use of laser hatching can be the best treatment method for treatment of male or female infertility.
