afcadamlondonShare with your friends: *******bit.ly/memorytrick I've been studying to be a yoga instructor for a while now, primarily for my own health benefits (I suffer from a bad back) but in order to pass the test I needed to memorize over 100 different items in Sanskrit and their English translations. I have a terrible memory and was convinced id fail until I contacted a friend of mine who teaches people to memorize things. I ended up passing with a 94/100!! If you want to learn the techniques I did feel free to check them out here: ********rocketmind.infusionsoft****/go/RMLP00/alyons/ I actually paid for the program and they really did work for me. What's equally impressive for me is that I then used exactly the same techniques to memorize a speech just 3 hours after the exam! You can see my speech on the signs of attraction as well as a lot of other ones up at the 21 convention YouTube page here: *******www.youtube****/user/Under21convention07 And if you just want the naked link to the memory site (so I don't get a commission) then click here: *******www.rocketmemory****/ I hope it helps you as much as it helped me.

*******www.instablogs****/ US warns Iraq over troop pact Bush Administration should stop dictating terms to Iraq on the security pact and instead help the country in securing an extension of the UN mandate. It is high time US withdraw its troops from Iraq especially after the success of Shia Sunni ceasefire and relative peace that has slowly but surely begun seeping into the Iraqi society. Iraq war has already been a huge burden for the American taxpayer. Ever since the conflict began US has spent more than $315bn on war and reconstruction half of what it desperately needed today for the financial bailout. Our economy is already in shambles, people have lost whatever faith they had in the administration’s ability to protect their economic future. How can the government still afford to play with such flimsy ideas as securing legal basis for military presence in Iraq until 2011, naturally tantamount to inviting financial suicide? Let the UN handle Iraq. US should be busy setting its own house in order instead of bothering itself with Iraq’s future. Indian Flood Relief aid a pittance Monetary relief provided by India is nothing compare to the amount of aid which is needed to actually affect the rehabilitation of flood victims in Nepal. Series of embankments and other structures built by India along the India-Nepal border meant for its own security are havoc in Nepal. According to the Kosi river pact signed between the two neighbours in 1954, India has to maintain, build and repair the various structures on the river. The Kosi breached its embankment in August after two of its spurs collapsed, unleashing destruction in Sunsari district in south Nepal as well as in Bihar state in India. In comparison to the 50,000 people left homeless in Nepal, the money handed over by the Indian government is inadequate. As per international norms, India should compensate Nepal for the ravages caused by the flood. This is the right time for self styled Big Brother that India is, to duly play its part and help its northern neighbor in need. School violence rising in Kenya Following the wave of post-electoral violence in Kenya earlier this year, violence has again erupted, this time in Kenyan schools. Several secondary schools' dormitories and administration blocks were set on fire in the last few months by students whose indiscipline continue to be a source of concern in many parts of the country. Characterized by the destruction of school property running into millions of Kenyan shillings, loss of study time and even death, this unrest spread spontaneously like a bush fire in the dry season. Violence is a part of the education institutes especially with the university students but over the past decade, university strikes have ceased and the trend has shifted to affect secondary schools. The violent events currently taking place in Kenyan schools are not good for the economy and for the future of the students. Considering the aftermath the high official must take the remedial measures to secure the academic future of Kenya's youth. Chinese toys checked for lead The seizure of container full of plastic toys believed to be contaminated with lead is depressing. Economic development at whatever cost it seems is the overriding motto which governs trade and industry functions within China. Recently Chinese dairy industry flooded the world market with melamine tainted milk in attempt to dilute the milk and making it appear higher in proteins. Not only did it risked the lives of thousands f infants throughout the globe but it also had a negative impact on businesses worldwide for no fault of theirs. The new finding that Chinese toy manufacturers in China have exported toys with high lead content is absolutely shocking. The Filipino government should sternly guard against import of goods from China and block the import of goods if laboratory examination succeeds in determining that the toys did contain lead, a toxic chemical. Afterall why should we pay the price for China's "who cares attitude" at the cost of the health of our own young and country's business interests. *******www.instablogs****/

Hollywood star Dick York is a high school track athlete who finds lately that he just doesn’t have enough time to study, run track, and get enough sleep at night. His running times start worsening and Dick feels like he’s listless and tired all the time. He even falls asleep at a party, making his sweetheart angry. His family doctor diagnoses the problem as lack of sleep and advises Dick to make time for rest. The film goes on to recommend limiting study time, taking a warm bath before bed, and sleeping in a cool, well-ventilated bedroom. With this advice, Dick is soon running at the top of his game again.

BY JENNIFER MECKLES You're watching multisource health video news analysis from Newsy. As if moms needed one more thing to worry about -- a new health study now says ENERGY DRINKS are dangerous for kids. The medical journal “Pediatrics” released the results of a study claiming energy drinks can cause serious health risks in children, teenagers, and young adults. The study also says the massive amount of caffeine leads to violent reactions with other medicines kids might be taking. (Video: ABC) Docs say those cans hold tons of stimulants. Caffeine, sure -- but also “taurine” and “guarana” -- things most of us have never even heard of. A CNN Medical Correspondent explains the effects of too much: “Some of the symptoms of having one too many -- as I said can often be just one -- are nausea, dizziness, rapid heart rate, and seizures.” Yes -- seizures. Also on the list -- potential strokes, insomnia, and organ failure. Not to mention many teens also mix the drinks with alcohol. And the study’s release led to some pretty sensational headlines: FOX NEWS LATINO: “Energy Drinks Don’t Energize, They Stimulize - and Can Kill You” BABBLE: “Energy Drinks are Recipe for Heart Failure Among Teens: Study” TIMES OF INDIA: “Energy Drinks Can Lead to Death in Kids” … Which soon prompted a fiery response from the American Beverage Association: "This literature review does nothing more than perpetuate misinformation about energy drinks, their ingredients and the regulatory process... The data show that caffeine consumption from energy drinks for children and teens, on average, is far less than even one can of an energy drink per day.” So, dangerous or not? NBC’s Chief Medical Editor explains how this study really got the medical field talking: “I think here’s where you have to say the pediatricians and the ABA probably have soft numbers on both sides. We don’t know the number of pre-teens who pick up one of these at the checkout counter and take them... It really has pitted pediatricians, the beverage association, people who market them, and people who consume them all in various points, you know, around this conversation.” But what about that powerful consumer group: the American teenager? They say -- Hey, we need that boost... high school is tough! "I take honor's courses, I take AP courses, and when I’m done with that I go straight to work.” (WHBQ) “I’ll have, like, seven pages of a paper or something like that, I’ll drink a 5 hour energy and it will get me through” (ABC) Finally - BusinessWeek reports the FDA currently limits caffeine drinks to 71 miligrams per 12-ounce serving. But energy drinks skirt around the rule -- they found a loophole by labeling their products as "natural.” So what do you think? Is the power boost worth the risk?
