Stepping Stone is a 20-year old school for children and adults suffering from learning disabilities. It is a project of Rotary District 3830 in the Philippines.
The school is run through a tax-free foundation - the Development Center for the Handicapped. Its students mostly belong to the underprivileged class. A Board of Trustees, made up of prominent Rotarians of the District oversee the operation of the school.
Mundy Gonzalez is the current President of the Development Center for the Handicapped, which runs Stepping Stone Learning Resource and Therapy Centre.
Warner Manning was the former Chairman of the Development Center for the Handicapped, which runs Stepping Stone.
He retired from an international bank in January, 2007.
Riquit Lagdameo is the current Chairman of the Development Center for the Handicapped, which runs Stepping Stone.
