Inspired by Steve and Nanci Bell's visit to Ethiopia in 2007 with the Canadian Foodgrains Bank. Co-written by Signpost Artist Glen Soderholm.
I've probably spent a year on this track and it finally came together when I considered using a 12 string guitar to really tighten up the rhythm section. I think this one gelled pretty well. It was recorded in my home studio in a very small bedroom but using some pretty nice hardware.

I decided to make this video after watching the original music video. I edited the clips so that it starts with clip 1 and ends with clip 0. It seemed like clip 0 fit better at the end. And of course, I edited out the transition scenes, where the women hold the signs up. It makes it easier to follow.
Yes, I know that some of the parts where they sing in the video don't match up, but I think it still worked beautifully.
