Kittens are only kittens for a year, but this short time is the most significant stage of a cat's development. It's important for kitten owners to recognize how impressionable kittens are and arm themselves with tools and expert advice to ensure they give their kittens the best start in life. As part of its continuous commitment to sharing professional and practical knowledge with cat owners, Purina Kitten Chow is launching a video series featuring Board Certified Veterinary Behaviorist, Dr. Karen Sueda that will be posted on kittenchow****. The series, titled The Kitten Connection, is designed to quickly and easily show new - and even experienced - kitten owners tips, tricks, and advice that allow them to make the most out of the lives they share with their kittens. From introducing a kitten to existing pets to basic kitten health checks, the Kitten Connection(TM) consists of 13 informative webisodes that cover several aspects of kitten care spanning from kittenhood to adulthood. No more vet visits! Yay! Well, at least for this moment! I just shot the above video today to show you a better view of how Alera reacted to his new diet/food, which is wet can food. I have mixed the food with cranberry relief as usual. He was banging the door, lol, it was funny how excited he was. I noticed he love this type of food instead of dry kibbles. In the video I did mentioned that he urinated very little, but that's not the case, at the end of the video, the whole diaper was soaked with urine! Yellowish urine, fortunately! The wound also has became stiffer and there was like an extra dried skin on top when you touch it. And because of this, he bitten himself again! Yes, again while I was chatting online with a friend (Melissa) on my ustream live feed. The video below was recorded with ustream built in recorder. You might want to check it out too. Anyway, I have cleaned the wound and applied again the rowarolan powder. ustream live feed url below : *******ustream.tv/channel/living-days-livecam

For more info visit www.newsinfusion**** The twinkling lights, the fatty feasts, the hours on the road, the hoards of guests: the most wonderful time of the year can be the most hazardous for your pets. The irresistible treats and decorations result in a significant increase in emergency vet visits this time of year. So how can you enjoy the holidays while keeping your pets happy, calm and out of trouble, whether you’re traveling or are having a party at home? Pet expert Dara Foster shares her insights on how to keep your pet safe this holiday: We need to be aware of our pet’s safety all year long but during the holidays the risks increase. Some of your favorite holiday decorations and treats -- like electrical cords, candles, Christmas trees, glass ornaments, tinsel, and chocolate -- can actually be harmful to your pets. And, if you’re traveling with your pets, there are countless added hazards and stresses for your animals. All of these can result in a significant increase in emergency vet visits this time of year. For anyone who’s even traveling with a pet, you know that it’s not only stressful for you but it can be very traumatic for your pet as well. They’re completely out of their comfort zone and can get pretty scared so I always try and make them as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Vet's Best Travel Calm Supplement can help take the torture out of car trips or airplane fights by easing the stress, anxiety and tension from travel, motion and loud noises. The main ingredients are valerian root and ginger, which are natural and aid in normal digestion to calm tummy troubles and supports relaxation in dogs so it’s a must for anyone traveling with pets.
