Hollywood star Dick York is a high school track athlete who finds lately that he just doesn’t have enough time to study, run track, and get enough sleep at night. His running times start worsening and Dick feels like he’s listless and tired all the time. He even falls asleep at a party, making his sweetheart angry. His family doctor diagnoses the problem as lack of sleep and advises Dick to make time for rest. The film goes on to recommend limiting study time, taking a warm bath before bed, and sleeping in a cool, well-ventilated bedroom. With this advice, Dick is soon running at the top of his game again.

*******www.oginski-law**** Your child complains of pain in their testicle. There was no trauma or accident. You look and don't find anything wrong. Your child still complains. You give him a warm bath. He still has pain. Testicular pain can be a warning sign that your child may have a twisted testicle, also known as testicular torsion. Failure to timely diagnose and treat a twisted testicle by a doctor or hospital can result in death of the testicle. Watch the video to learn more. *******www.balancedhealthtoday****/endosterol.html Help for Enlarged Prostate Treatment may involve antibiotics, medications to shrink or relax the prostate or bladder, soaking in a warm tub of water and frequent ejaculation. The goal is to avoid reaching the point of urinary retention, where one can’t urinate at all. Patients suffering from an enlarged prostate and who do not have kidney inflammation, damage or serious infection will have to decide which option recommended by their doctor suits them best. Sometimes men may take antibiotics for a long period of time without any true benefit. In fact, many of these conditions are not infections but simply muscle spasms involving the prostate and surrounding tissue. This is a condition called prostatosis or prostadynia. Treatment for this includes muscle relaxants and warm baths. Hytrin or Cardura, typically used for high blood pressure are also muscle relaxants and have been shown to be successful. These days, however, Flowmax or Uroxitrol are more often prescribed. *******www.balancedhealthtoday****/products.html

*******goo.gl/5DnsY - How to Grow Taller 1. Understand that most of your height will be determined by genetics. Height is a polygeneic trait, meaning that it's influenced by several different genes. Having two short parents doesn't necessarily mean you'll be short, just as two tall parents won't make you a towering giant. However, if most of the people on both sides of your family are short, odds are that you'll be short, too. Don't be discouraged, though - the truth is that you can't know how tall you'll be until you reach full physical adulthood in your mid-20s. 2. Avoid growth-stunting factors. There might not be a lot you can do to increase your height, but you can take several steps to make sure your natural height isn't shortened by environmental influences. Drugs and alcohol are both thought to contribute to stunted growth if they're ingested while you're young, and malnutrition can keep you from reaching your full height, as well. 3. Get plenty of sleep. Research suggests that growing teenagers and pre-teens need between 8.5 and 11 hours of sleep every night. This is because your body grows and regenerates tissue while you're at rest. Make your sleeping environment as calm as possible, and try to eliminate loud nosies and unnecessary light. If you have trouble falling asleep, try taking a warm bath or drinking a hot cup of chamomile tea before bed. 4. Eat right. Ensuring that you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body requires will help you grow to your full height. Take a supplement targeted at your age group with breakfast each morning, and try to incorporate certain foods into your diet. 5. Keep your immune system strong. Some childhood illnesses can stunt your growth. Most of them can be avoided by the routine immunizations you may have had as a baby, but stay on the safe side by ingesting plenty of Vitamin C (found in citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruits and lemons) and getting plenty of rest as soon as you notice that you feel sick. 6. Exercise your body. Sadly, if your growth plates have closed, exercising will not affect your growth rate. But if you enjoy swimming, biking, running, or yoga, among other sports, and you haven't stopped growing, exercise combined with the right diet and proper sleep should help you grow. 7. Practice good posture. Rolling your shoulders or hunching over can actually affect the curvature of your growing spine (and not in a good way). Keep your shoulders back, chin high, and hips over your feet. Walk with purpose instead of slouching or slinking, and try to sit up straight when you're in chairs. Even if you're not actually getting taller, good posture will make you look taller. 8. Cultivate confidence. Being taller might be nice, but it can't make up for a general lack of confidence. Try to talk yourself into feeling comfortable in your own skin, and being generally happy with your looks no matter how tall you turn out to be. A positive attitude will more than make up for any lacking height. 9. Visit a medical professional. If you're from a tall family and you're not growing by your mid-teens, or if your height hasn't changed much from before puberty to during puberty, then it's a good idea to see a doctor. Conditions that can stunt your growth (such as human growth hormone deficiency or autoimmune diseases) are fairly rare, but they do exist. If you're eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of rest but you're still not growing, then it's time to consult a doctor.

Just imagine, you've been out gardening all day...your backs aching, and you're starting to feel the nip in the Autumnal air, what will make you feel better? A massage, a warm bath, how about some aromatherapy? You can have all three, whilst enjoying a cool drink, at the same time in the same place....your garden.

Balanced Health Today Call Now 1(888)277-4980 For many men, they don't realize the frequent urge to urinate and the sometimes burning sensation ìs actually a symptom of an enlarged prostate. So, they put the symptoms off until ìt becomes urgent and then usually decide to seek medical care. It's important when there ìs any change ìn the normal day-to-day function of your body to get an examination by your primary care physician to ascertain why the change ìn your prostate ìs occurring. It's not unusual for a man aged 45 and above to experience an enlarged prostate on occasion. It ìs however, unusual to have ongoing symptoms that do not diminish or grow worse. There are a number of treatments that can be undertaken for an enlarged prostate. Some of these can be managed at home. Studies have shown that men who eat diets low ìn milk and dairy products have a lower risk of prostate problems than men who eat a diet high ìn dairy based foods. The problem doesn't seem to be wìth the milk itself but rather the high value of calcium that can aggravate the prostate. There are two main trace elements that are essential to good prostate health. These are, selenium found ìn Brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds whìch have long been used as a folk remedy for prostate problems. It has been learned through research that pumpkin seeds are actually a good source of zinc whìch ìs an essential trace element for a healthy prostate gland. Make good choices ìn your diet and be advised that men wìth enlarged prostates should avoid the consumption of alcohol. Many men find that warm baths or showers relax a swollen prostate and bring temporary relief. A Mayo Clinic once estimated that over half of the American public ìs dehydrated and ìf you're not drinking at least sìx 8-oz glasses of water a day, you're among those people. Also, include cranberry juice as a daily drink because the acidity ìs very beneficial ìn prohibiting the growth of bacteria. If you're having prostate problems

Balanced Health Today Call Now 1(888)277-4980 Antibiotics are the main course of treatment for this condition. They’re usually taken for four to six weeks. However, because the infection can return, you may need to take antibiotics for 12 weeks or longer. Your doctor will schedule a follow-up exam once you’ve finished treatment to ensure that the infection is completely gone. It may take six months to a year for symptoms to go away completely. In the meantime, certain home remedies may be able to ease your symptoms. Home remedies include: * warm baths * drinking 64 to 128 ounces of water per day * using stool softeners to avoid constipation * avoiding alcohol, caffeine, citrus juices, and hot and spicy food * medications to treat pain You may need additional treatment in the following rare cases: * If you’re unable to urinate, a healthcare provider will insert a tube called a catheter to empty your bladder. * If you have an abscess, your doctor will drain it. * If you develop sepsis, you’ll get intensive antibiotic therapy and you’ll need to stay in the hospital for treatment. * If you have stones, or mineral deposits, in your prostate, your doctor may need to remove your prostate. This is very rare.
