White rice,salt,sugar: polished rice (without bran) also loses all the vitamins, minerals and causes acidity in our metabolism. right alternative is natural,branned rice.

After passing to natural nutrition we must quit smoking very slowly.Firstly you must determine a base amount.E.G.You must smoke everyday 15 cigarettes(or 20) for a week. After that you will decrease the number always one by one.E.G. next week everyday you will smoke 14 cigarettes.Quiting cigarette is also hard psychologically therefore you must be very patient and let your body adapt to the new amount both physically and psychologically and try to avoid yourself being effected from the side effects of quitting smoking .So each week by decreasing you can come to your last cigarette and then you begin to smoke 1 in 2 weeks then,1 cigarette in one month and then you can quit completely.You must not forget that after this period of 3-4 month quiting process you will gain 10 years added to your life .

Recipe for blueberry ginger cookies:
3.8 oz vegan margarine
6.5 oz brown sugar
1.75 oz granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
5 oz white flour
2 oz wheat flour
2 oz oats
1/4 cup milk
.5 cup dried blueberries
.25 cup minced crystalized ginger
Cream the butter with the sugars until fluffy.
Add extract and ginger spice. Combine the dry ingredients and beat into the butter mixture.
Stir in the blueberries and crystalized ginger.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cool on baking rack for 10 minutes.

1 1/3 cups white flour
2/3 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup wheat germ
6 tablespoons wheat gluten flour
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon salt
water to yield 3/4 cup (mixed with applesauce)
2 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup white flour, 1 cup wheat flour,
1/4 cup wheat germ, 2 tablespoons wheat bran, 2 teaspoons flax meal (optional; some people don’t like this flavor), 1 teaspoon almond powder, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon powdered butter flavoring,
6 tablespoons wheat gluten flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 3/4 water,
2 eggs, 4 tablespoons oil. Top off dry ingredients with white flour to total 2 1/2 cups volume.
