*******hallmarkfitness****/?p=16 If your muscles are so tender and it feels like you have over done it, you might want to sit out a day, until you feel better. But, if you just feel a slight tenderness in the muscles, the best thing you can do is get some blood running through them. Remember these things and you’ll have a safe, productive workout: * Warm Up for 5-8 minutes on some kind of cardiovascular machine. * Once warmed up, give your muscles a good stretch. * Begin your workout. If you feel too sore, STOP and come back the next day. * Don’t blow off your cool down. This is the best time stretch and to work the toxins out of the muscle. A good cool down will make you sleep better and feel better, not only the day of your workout, but you’ll feel better for your next workout.
