First, Knee comprises of the bones of thigh, leg, fubula and the knee cap. Second ligaments, knee has four ligaments, ACL, PCL, MCL and LCL. Anterior cruciate ligament is which force from the front, posterior cruciate ligament forces from the backside, Medial collateral ligaments and the lateral collateral ligaments. Third, meniscus are the loose cartilage in between the knee bone. It works like a cushion in between bones so that they can move without rubbing each other.
