Teen Caught On Camera Hurling Tiny Kitten Into Lake, Then Cops Show Up To Deliver Justice I have chatted with some who say they spend way too much time browsing social media. And maybe, you do. But what are you checking out? Sometimes it’s always not a bad thing to do if it can help bring someone to justice. A California student attending Patterson High School posted a video where he is seen throwing a helpless kitten into a lake went viral last year. He is 18-year-old Garret Haile. He was a minor at the time the video was shot. Haile was finally arrested this past week and charged with animal cruelty, a felony charge. Haile used Snapchat to record and post his video. It’s unknown whether the kitten survived. Nicole Pinheiro, who shared the video, was appalled and distressed by Haile’s actions and said: “My heart, it just left my body. And I showed my mom, and she burst into tears. She was like, ‘I can not believe that this is the world right now.'” After she posted it, it was shared again by thousands of furious folks on social media. She told Heavy: “The video I posted I screen recorded (it’s a feature that the iPhone has) because people were wondering how to share it. So I recorded and shared it with the news stations because I felt it something that needed to be seen, so he can pay for actions. Which that is exactly what happened. He got caught.” Hello, I live in Patterson, Ca and I have a disturbing video that was posted on our Patterson neighborhood watch and it needs to be shared! Because me and along with other people believe he needs to be charged with animal cruelty! He just turned 18 and he is a senior at Patterson high school. There is a lot of us that believe he wo not get in trouble. this needs to go public! It breaks my heart to see this... it is trending on our watch page right now and everyone is filled with rage! “Everyone on the watch page was tagging the local police department and even calling them. So he would have been caught regardless.
