Stereo: *******www.youtube****/watch?v=k8yZPVYFc0M&fmt=18 Waylon Jennings & Willie Nelson - Good Hearted Woman (1975) Jennings and Nelson co-wrote this song during a poker game in a Fort Worth, Texas motel room after Jennings noticed a trade journal ad featuring Ike and Tina Turner that stated that Tina was a "good hearted woman loving two-timing men." Nelson himself only contributed two lines to the song. Jennings first recorded this song in 1972 as a solo version, and it reached #3 on the Billboard country singles chart (it would be two more years before Jennings would score his first #1 hit with "This Time"). When Waylon re-recorded the song for a 1975 live album, he simply overdubbed Willie's voice. As a duet, the song shot straight to #1, and quickly became one of the defining moments of the whole Outlaw country music movement of the mid-'70s.
